The noise level was unbearable. DO NOT STAY IN THE 1st floor!!!! The neighbor upstairs got upset after I called the front desk to complain and started running during the night and even knocking on our door to wake us up. Our room was close to the elevator, so we constantly heard loud conversations, and the doors weren’t properly sealed, making it impossible to block out the noise. The staff, however, were amazing. When I arrived, the TV in my room wasn’t working. They quickly replaced it with a new one without me even having to ask, and even the technician who came to install it was frustrated by the noise — he called the front desk two or three times himself. Unfortunately, the noise left me exhausted, with less than four hours of sleep before having to drive five hours back home, which also meant less energy and less time to enjoy the parks. The staff were wonderful, but the noise situation made the stay very unpleasant.

The service was good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's centrally located but is right next to a freeway on ramp. So driving up it's kind of shady looking on the outside. The parking area wraps around the corner lot, is small and narrow. They do have security on site which makes it sound not so nice but it was. A good motel with very nice rooms.
