I had to switch rooms three times because each room had a leak. There was no Continental breakfast. I was completely lied too. The service was horrible. I am so ferrious about my experience.

Absolutely Horrible! The website clearly reads, and shows pictures that this hotel has a gym, continental free breakfast, jacuzzi, and NO refrigerator. This is misleading and false advertisement! I will get to the bottom of this when I get back from my vacation! Trust and believe that! This is the only reason I stayed here, for all those amenities that they said they offer. Not cool! Also the website shows a picture of a restaurant. Of cousin misleading approach to get people to book a room. They don’t offer a restaurant. I will let all my friends and family, social media know about there lies, and deceit! Thank you 🙏

Small beds

Booked a double bed room and me my wife couldn’t sleep because the bed was so damn small. I am so used to double bed rooms having queen size beds in them. This was nit a queen at all.

Service is so bad starting from reception they are not welcome when we check in The room is disgusting, full of cockroach, the shower is hard to balance the hot and cold, the carpet smells so nasty, they did not change our bed we spent the entire 5 night with the same sheet same pillow cover and they did not offer a towel to dry our body
