The room was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly. I cant say its quiet bc I had a room across from the pool and obviously children were having fun. Cant fault them there. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay fully.

I have stayed here 2 or 3 times before but it's changed. This time was a 3 day weekend here and it was not ideal. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. This hotel posting should be updated to reflect that. Free breakfast is one of the factors I weigh in choosing a place to stay because then I don't have to go anywhere else in the morning. That's more money and time outta pocket. No ability to check in early, not even for a fee. There are so many rooms here -it was not full- there should be no excuse not to be able to check in. The TV reception was grainy all weekend but to be fair I just had it on for background noise. I probably will pay extra to stay somewhere else next time I'm visiting LA.

Front desk and maintenance did what they could to take care of random issues like my door not locking, but the property itself needs a serious cleanup. Wallpaper is coming off the phones don’t work and my door wouldn’t lock at first.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were clearly outdated and in poor condition—there were visible stains on the walls, and everything felt run-down and poorly maintained. The staff seemed friendly at first, but it quickly became clear it was all surface-level. They would say “yes” to things just to appease guests, even when it went against hotel policies, creating confusion and inconsistency. Worst of all, the manager was unprofessional and on a clear power trip—especially aggressive and inappropriate in his tone toward female guests, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, respectful, or well-run place to stay.

Upon arrival, although the staff were courteous, the check-in process was unusually slow. I was handed the room key without being informed of the room number. I only realized this once I was already in the elevator, which forced me to return to the front desk to obtain this basic information. Additionally, I was not provided with any Wi-Fi details, and my attempts to contact the front desk—three times—went unanswered. This lack of communication and basic service is unacceptable. Prompt and accessible customer support is expected, especially when staff are present.

Cockroaches in the bathroom and bugs in my bed. Waking up in the night to use the bathroom, turned on the light and but roaches scattered everywhere. I did take pictures, I'd provide them but they are disgusting. The only saving grace is I complained to the front desk and they let me go after one day of my stay. I found a much better and cleaner hotel.
