Cleanliness was not par with my expectations and the room smell musty and humid. Bed pillows smelled like sweaty and I only stay for like 4 minutes in the room and returned the key and left the hotel.

I won’t stay there anymore

Called the hotel more than 3times before booking for making sure a couple of stuffs and before getting to the hotel after booking, but nobody answered my calls. When I got there, nobody at front desk about 1hr, so that I called to Wyndham call center. They finally showed up right before check in time at 3pm. I asked to prefer my room near the elevator, but most far room they gave me lol. The room had mold in bathroom,the paper holders were rust….

Why so many bad reviews? Ok, maybe outside it looks bad, but the room was clean, bathroom was clean. No complaints at all. It was cheaper to take an uber from LAX and back, than book a hotel next to the airport. Plus there is Denny’s across the street
