Clean remodelled room, floor vibrates.
stayed in one of the remodelled rooms, clean and decent condition. However, the floor vibrates a lot, if you’re sensitive to sounds I would not recommend. There’s a lot of parking spaces.

The hotel room was clean. I'd rate higher but there were a few issues. The heater made noises all night, so it had to be turned off. The dryer (I think) was near our room and it was in use late at night. The second night, there was a noise that sounded like a dog bark every few minutes....just one bark-like sound. Definitely not a dog as they don't bark like that. It was some kind of machinery. Went on for about 10 minutes and then stopped. This happened around midnight. Breakfast is free for guests at Tom nTom's coffee shop inside the hotel. The first morning, we ordered food and took it to our room. Our sandwiches were cold in the center. Didn't feel like going back down to wait in line, so ate around the center. The hotel is in a decent location to get downtown, which is beautiful at night. I would stay here again, but avoid 215 until the noises addressed.

Good spot for a short stay
The room was a decent size but rather bare. No desk or dresser and few outlets. It smelled of possibly moth balls. We did air it out daily. There is a nice cafe downstairs and parking was reasonable for DTLA. The room was clean. The elevator was extremely small especially when carrying luggage. The staff was exceptional nice and helpful.

Renovated rooms was great! No free bfast as stated
I really enjoyed my stay here. The parking was reasonably priced. The spots can be a little tight though, luckily I have a small sedan. I felt safe here in this area even when returning late at night. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I received an email and 2 separate massages on top of that within the hotels.com app letting me know how much parking would cost and that there would be complimentary breakfast. I felt silly asking about it at the front desk when the girl at the front desk looked at me so lost. She said there’s no free breakfast. So why did I get 3 messages telling me there was free breakfast? Very misleading.

Staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean. The only issue was noise from other people staying at the hotel was quite noticeable. I had to leave in the middle of the night due to the people above me walking around the whole night. Not really the hotels fault but get a 3rd floor room if you have a choice.

Nicely renovated. Location is not the greatest. Elevator is very very small. The morning female receptionist horrible I booked for a two queen bedroom was given a two full size bedroom when I complained she charged me and gave the same room with standard full size bed not queen! With no microwave and no safe either. I paid for services I requested and they failed to provided. Besides her everyone else who works here was very nice. They also charge $100 deposit which I think it’s excessive but it’s LA.
