Rooms were old and not comfortable. Patio door was not in good condition, so not felt safe to leave the belongings. There was no water provided nor restaurants available for food.

I like the convenience of property access to freeway. Property needs better maintenance.
Horrid experience. The check in folks were less than interested in their job. The hotel grounds and conditions were a mess. Trash, empty cases of beer tossed all over. Had to pay $60 deposit in order to get the remote for the air conditioning (should have stopped there)because people “break and steal them”. Got to the room, it was a mess from what looked like water damage / flooding and found 2 very large bed bugs on pillow…final straw. We went to front desk to withdrawal our reservation and inform them of the bugs…again, completely disinterested. Still charged for room, “damage” deposit still pending in my credit card and had to drive another hour to find suitable overnight stay. Horrid doesn’t even cover it . Do better Ramada.

Upon checking in, I found the room was in poor condition, and it did not meet my expectations based on the listing on your platform. The room was unacceptable, and I had no choice but to leave the hotel late at midnight and find another accommodation.
They still charged that what they call deposit plus 1 night stay even I cancel right after see room .

The property had the necessities needed in the room, which was extra large with a separate living room area. It was mod clean. All floors need a good scrubbing, exterior needed good scrubbing along with elevators.
