Soiled reputation.

Hotel.com should discard this facility. It is an embarrassment to your reputation. I have stayed in a hotel room without running water, a room in winter without heat, and slept in a room on a bamboo floor. But, I would take any of those rooms again before I would stay a Rancho Motel. You should do better vetting of your business partners.

Owner wanted to charge me 100$ even tho I purchased for 50$ online. They gave me a roach infested room with other bugs. I was cut in the shower. Bedding was used and towels were dirty.

The room smelled horrible. Thr shower drain was full of hair and stuff that the water did not drain. I asked to change rooms but they refuse. The bed sheets were beige, not white. The worst hotel i have ever been to. Motel 6 is luxury conpared to this motel. They didnt want to return the refund for the key. Last thing to mention, the roof looks like they are falling and the ac was tapped to the wall.

I love the rooms they feel like log cabins. This past stay this was my favorite room. Only con I could say is that the shower I think was clogged but other than that always a pleasure here.
