This hotel is showing it's age and apparent neglect. My room's (138) bathroom had a terribly rough repair made to a wall that was open and gross. The shower bar is one of those curved rods and it sags, I kept bumping my head on it when I was in the bathroom going to the toilet. The plugs on the wall are the bed are all used, so you have to unplug something to charge your phone. Outside the hotel is worn and a mishmash of attempted maintenance but only so much can be done with worn out paint, dirty carpet on the walkways and a parking lot in need of a new asphalt . I removed all valuables from my vehicle and put them in my room each night I stayed (2 nights). Thought it might be a bit better than motel 6 that's just down the road for$20 more a night but no, it's not. Corporate Red roof hasn't obviously doesn't an audit on this building in a while.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. I liked the outside of the hotel. It has an old cracked paint look to it…like rustic. I rented a nonsmoking room with a King bed in which I felt okay sitting on the bed because it had clean sheets. We were not able to use the WiFi because it was down. The walls had drink stains by the trash can, grease/food stains on backsplash area of the stove, just unclean walls overall, lamp base had black dirt/dust on the base where you turn it on, dust particles on a red chair, and it looked like they did not vacuum behind the red chair because there was a spider web. The outside walkways could you some cleaning & gardening services.

This property seems to be more geared to homeless long term living. The room had stains on the walls, cockroaches and overall in need of renovation. Additionally a $100 deposit was charged in case of towel theft, first time I have ever had this happen. There are other hotels close by, if I had to stay in this area again I would not stay here.

This was the second time we stayed there, it will be the last. The bathroom floor was leaking thru the floor. Bed was two different kind. But it was easy access for just couple of night..

Really terrible place, smelly & shady
The room smelled when walked in, we stayed 20min, then checked out. Told front desk, "not staying", she wasn't suprised. Should have known, price was too cheap. Looked like several rooms have people living fulltime in them. Some shady people hanging around

My room was nice & clean. Linens & towels too. I enjoyed the tv & the cute kitchenette. Staff was very helpful & kind. I only experienced two minor disappointments, first was that the tub was clogged. I cleaned it out at best as I could on my first night. But it wasn't much help. But since I was only staying for 4 nights, I didn't think it was an issue worth mentioning at the time. It was clogged mostly by hair. Also, on my second night, I walked into the room to the smell of pot/weed. I assumed it was coming from the next door neighbor since there was an adjoining door with an inch space underneath. I thought I reserved a smoke-free room. The smell became overwhelming so I used one of the bath towels to plug up the bottom of the adjoining room door, then sprayed the room with my lysol spray, including keeping the bathroom door open while the vent was on. It helped allot. I kept the towel under that door for the rest of my visit, incase it happened again. But overall, It was still a delightful stay & I would definitely visit again. Thank you.

A stay to break up a drive from SBdno. to SBarb.
I enjoyed my stay here. There was little noise. I like to sit by the pool in the evening and listen to music and study (I'm a prof. handwriting analyst) but regretted not finding a table to go along with the deck chairs. The clerk told me they have trouble w unhoused hanging out there while not being a resident. I brought my own but there wasn't a washcloth among the room linens. Moderately recommended.
