Overall a 8/10 hotel. Good priced hotel and most importantly a clean hotel. Rooms and beds were clean. The Bathroom was nice and had a Japanese toilet. It has easy parking on the side of the hotel. It has a good overall location with lots of stores nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Some things need upgrading and cleaning, for example I found a lash on the shower wall and the bathroom air vents were dusty. The upper lobbies of hotel could also smell better. Nothing that I couldn’t brush off and hotel is very good in terms of its budget price. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

* Overflowing trash upon entry * No direction to park * No welcome upon arrival * No explanation of charges, deposit or total * A request for a roll away bed was made 3 times prior to arrival and on the third request I was informed a $25 charge would apply. * Towels for two guests were provided, when the guest count of four was established upon booking and check in * Cleanish. * Rusted shower mount * Dirty in the corners of the hotel room * Walls could use a wipe down * No mention nor offer of breakfast- we found out in the morning a voucher is required to eat breakfast and they are to be purchased at the front desk. * No mention of WiFi * Free coffee with basic powdered cream and sugar. Lemon water was the only free item. * The refrigerator was off and unplugged. * Received a text message offering to communicate but it was just us texting them. They never responded nor acknowledged any of our communications. * Decent bed * Room appears decent * Parking is free * Bedding with roll away bed. * Front desk was responsive (not very engaging, nice, pleasant nor informative). * Refrigerator * Microwave * Noise was minimal (inside the hotel room)

Usually a decent stay though this one was lacking

The room we were assigned was by an exit stair door which slammed. Also the room condition was worn and the bathroom smelled of urine. We've stayed in other rooms that were in better condition. Also, the smell of bacon from the breakfast buffet was very noticeable from the 2nd floor hallways. For some this may be desireable.

Everything was good until Sunday morning when the alarm kept going on and off! This was around 10am. No staff came to the rooms saying it was a false alarm. It terrified my 7 year old son and we rushed to pack and leave. There were NO apologizes from the staff that it was a false alarm. I had to ask what happened and they said it was a battery falfunction. Be more professional and go around the hallways saying it's not an emergency. And when checking out, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience!!!
