This not a clean establishment. Housekeeping is not provided unless requested. They charge extra for towels even when you’re not provided a significant amount upon check in. Our sink was clogged.

Good stay
Great budget hotel. Good service. Breakfast was decent (Japanese and American) and is good in a pinch or rush. Upstairs floor little creaky and thin ceiling so could hear some walking, etc. Free parking was good addition and felt safe. Lots of things very close by in Torrance.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is in a very quiet and peaceful area, which made it easy to relax and feel safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and although I didn't spend much time at the hotel besides sleeping, I found the accommodations comfortable and pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is small but clean with comfortable, spacious rooms. I enjoyed my stay and was excited to see they have bidets in their bathrooms and Asian snacks/small meals in the lobby for purchase (ie Ramen bowls, rice, seaweed snacks, chips, etc). I recommend staying here as a quick stop over. It is near a busy street so depending on where your unit is, you’ll hear some traffic buzzing.

When checking in, my husband couldn’t check in because his name wasn’t on the reservation. I was getting ready for my friend’s wedding so I couldn’t check in. Management told me they couldn’t do anything about it, but gave me Expedia’s number. Expedia was able to change the name to his and he was finally able to check in. The room was “clean” but it smelled like cigarette smoke when we reserved a non-smoking room. Overnight we heard the people above us walking and the floor cracking all night. Fine for a quick overnight stay, but don’t expect more.
