Had trouble with the ac, bathroom light was flicking on n off most the night other then that clean and nice room.
The ceiling girls are so peaceful. Also, all the detailing in the rooms to fix everything up. The bed is super comfortable, pillows, and sheets. Lovely. Easy and amazing deal for the price.
The Regencyvis a decent, if basic, motel. My room was exceptionally clean and it was well maintained. For the price, I was pleased with my stay.

Having to evacuate the Altadena Fire we arrived at the Regency. No electricity, no Hot water!
Why was this not made clear to us when we made the reservation? We had no where else to go. So we spent the night at the Regency. My husband and I coud'nt even take a warm shower. HORRIBLE.
It was an awesome stay, however the fires in Los Angeles were causing black outs and brown outs. Wish it was better conditions. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Property was overall ok. Smelled like smoke in certain spots. Asked for 2 extra towels and it was extremely difficult to get them. Saw multiple mice in the parking lot.
I have asthma and the room next door to us stood outside all evening on the balcony smoking and the smell and smoke came into our room! Maybe have a designated smoking area so it doesn’t bother the rest of the guests???
