HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! This is the worst hotel (more like a halfway house) I’ve ever stayed in. I wanted to run away as soon as the uber dropped me off because of the characters that were hanging outside. A crackhead talking gibberish was the first person I encountered at the reception then as I uninterested/unfriendly receptionist, a barefoot woman her entire body covered in spots/blotches came to talk to him. I was literally shaking with fear at this time. I was handed my room card and my on entering the room, my first greeter was a roach!! I tried to step on it but disappeared into the crevices on the wall. I stripped the bed to check for roaches/bugs & there and then made up my mind that I wasn’t going to sleep on it. Meanwhile more roaches appeared on the floor and ceiling but I was too scared to leave my room to let the receptionist know what I’d seen. To cut a long story short. I did not sleep on the bed but sat on the chair ALL night. I always carry my own towel and spread tissue paper on the table and put my towel over it. There were noises all night and dogs barking. I hardly slept fearing that the gangster looking shirtless characters I’d seen in the hallway would shoot through my room. I did not take a shower - how could anyone in their right mind do that? The bathtub was dirty and sink& counter had cigarette burns all over the place. After seated on the chair all night, I only brushed my teeth. I checked out so fast from this nightmare. Got 20% credit.

Worst place I have ever stayed. Bed had stains and wet spots. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Garbage in the hallways and I am pretty sure someone used the stairwell as a bathroom. It was cheap for a reason. I got bug bites all over my legs. I slept for about 4 hours and then showered and left.

The property was not cleaned properly. Rooms were dirty. Bed sheets were not clean and had holes in the pillow covers, bed sheet. Dirty carpet, did not vacuum the room, bathroom basin faucet was not working, water clogged and had bad smell. Bad smell was in the room too.

Checked in and beds had stains on them, no pillows, everything was dirty and disgusting. Trash outside rooms, all around disgusting. Didn't even stay, demanded a refund and left. Wouldrather sleep on a street cause its probably more clean there.

This place is terrible. There's no reason for a property to be in this shape. The trash is overflowing in the parking lots. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. The room has one washcloth and one towel. The refrigerator was broken. Dogs were peeing on the trash can by the front door at the lobby. Trash is bring down through the parking lot like tumbleweeds. The hallways smell like years of pee. The mattresses are old and dirty. The stains look like the Shroud of Turin. There are so many dogs peeing and defecating around the property. Look, there's a Residence Inn down the street that is walking distance to an In-N-Out, splurge. I promise you, this is the place you book for people who have done you wrong in life. This hotel feels sponsored by Axon, the bodycam company. If you ever wanted to see what happens when the cameras turn off on Cops, visit. Don't stay. Bruh, the water in the shower was brown. Don't. Do. It.

Worst hotel I have ever seen

Everything is torn down. Rotten stinky dog peed on disgusting! The property is dirty outside covered in trash rank, stinky dog poop everywhere! None of the key doors work. They are all broken, extremely old, broken spring beds! Foul stained carpets through hallways. Everything including the elevator reeks like dog pee! The bedding had cigarette Burns. The floor had mold! We were exhausted from our trip and just needed some sleep. It smelled terrible. It looks terrible. If I wasn't afraid of continuing to drive, I would have left! Worst hotel I have ever seen

Dangerous and unsafe

As soon as I parked my car, I was approached by a sheriff and asked if I was staying there because this hotel was not very safe and he wouldn’t recommend me staying here. I told him I had already paid on the app so I went in to double check it And the place was very dirty and the staff was rude. I checked in walked in the room and walked right back out. Everything is very dirty. The carpets as entries is very, very dirty. I would never recommend this place.

I did not like my experience with that motel because employees were not professional. There’s nobody at the front desk also while going up to the room, the elevator smell like human pee and cigarettes Also the hallway going to my assigned room smelled like pee.

Walking in the lobby smelled horrible and the environment felt unsafe. Hallway carpet was stained and dirty. The room was dirty. Fridge had old food stains. Microwave had old food grease on top. Bed was horrible. Top sheet had stained covers below that also had stains and hair, also pieces of dried food.
