This place is disgusting! Took forever to check-in due to only one person working. I specifically asked for a clean room, the room did not smell pleasant. No remote for the TV, pillow cases had make up, had to go back down stairs to make these things know because the phone is not operable, this in itself is a safety issue. Once I had the remote, the tv kept turning off....FRUSTRATING FOR SURE. There were roaches, one even got in my bag. Floor was not properly cleaned. People hanging around outside. If we had another choice for the evening, definitely would've left. Where was the breakfast??

I would not WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTE TO REMINE HEALTHY AS IT HAS ROACHES RATS BLACK MOLD & NO FRIDGES WORK AS WELL AS THE LITTLE LITTLE BIT OF DISHES I WAS ABLE TO GET WEEE HANDED TO ME DIRTY

Pretty nice room. There should be more towels added to the room for more convenience and the refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor could cause a pretty bad accident if someone isn't paying attention.

Your staff was friendly and your security eager to help you. The room was missing a curtain and had a large wall mirror covering the window and seemed awkward. Upon entering the room, the a/c was running and the room was freezing. There was only one set of towels and the bed didn't have a blanket but a thin blanket. Also there was a large dog that kept barking constantly in the third floor (I think in room 303 or 305). I also did not like the fact that there were no luggage carts to utilize to assist in loading my luggage. The floors in the bathroom were dirty with stains. The bathroom counters were stained. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and there should have been at least 4 pillows. The pillows must have been washed with some bad detergent because when I woke up my face had a rash. I wanted to shower but the lack of towels made me decide not to shower. The dresser was broken and the blanket had a large hole that looked like someone burned it with a cigarette. There was no signage that provided information about the hotel and when breakfast was available. Only thing I saw was coffee and packets of oatmeal and a pitcher of hot water. That was not really a breakfast in my opinion. When I checked out one of the hotel's front desk people smelled of body order. I feel that the hotel could really use some serious help to provide a clean and safe environment.

Please don't be misled by the pictures of this place. It smells very bad, with a strong odor. There is a musty smell. There are stains everywhere, and the bathroom is filled with foulness.。 Do Not Stay This Hotel.

Awful stay. The first room they gave me smelled so bad, I had to ask for another one. The second one was just as bad. I think they allow dogs and don't really clean them well. Their general cleaning also lacks standards. Stains and gunk on the wall. I had to go down the talk to the front desk about the sink being backed up. They didn't want to clean it at first saying that its only going to happen again. I insisted they had someone come clean it up. Don't bother staying here

This place was horrible!! 1st room the door didnt lock, 2nd room smelled of cat urine, 3rd room also smelled! The 4th room had dirty stained bedding, a!c didnt work & bugs!! There were 2 security gaurds ay the door! We asked for a refund & left!!

Extremely disappointed

The overwellmingstrong nasty smell upon walking into the lobby was enough to make us walk out, Upon entering our room, the smell was worse and the carpet near the kitchen was damp and the bathroom floor was full of water. We then noticed the pipe overhead was leaking profusely. There was white powder around the walls for insects but we saw numerous cockroaches. Tv didn’t work. We complained but we were told to notify hotels.com. We left at 3 am. Upon leaving we saw numerous guests also complaining about cockroaches and gangs with pit bulls entering the building. Not happy, this place needs to Bo condemned and shut down.

Absolutely horrific conditions. I walk into the lobby, look at the trash filled lobby ground, make eye contact with a security guard, look again, and not a shred of self respect or self pride being a representative of his employer. Disgusting. Roaches on the wall the second I opened the door… Do I really need to say more? Do yourself a favor and just park down the street at the holiday inn, you’ll be safe and clean in your Own car. I’d spend $
