When i got to the hotel to check in the guy was on his phone the entire time. When we were finally checked in we Went to the room and found roches on the walls and floors. Bath tube was clogged and so was the sink in the bath room. Heater didnt work. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are false advertising.

Once we arrived, the were shocked too find how dirty the room was. It had a terrible odor. We checked back out and told them we would not be staying the night. The room was completely unacceptable and will be pursing a refund.

Staff was wonderful! Directed us to restaurants in the area. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Repairs were needed to our room. Missing light bulb in fixture, VERY slow drains in bathroom sink and tub. Tub especially…slip and fall hazard!!!!

Not good.recepcionist not very friendly,was talking on the phone all the time.Room need improve smog detector hanging right window can no be able to close so noise and cold from outside.Toilet seat loose and the Mattres can feel the spring.You hear the people from third Floor walking the whole Night.

Very dirty, unsanitary. Very sketchy. I left and when I came back there were cops in parking lot. A/C did not work. Floors havent been swept in who knows how long.

The odor in the hallways and elevator was pungent. Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night usually around 2 or 3 am every other night. Police had been there every other day. I can go on and on. Just the worst experience ever.

This place was good about a year ago. Now mostly druggies in the parking lot just posted up. The water coming out of the bathtub and sinks is literally black dirt I’m not even exaggerating one bit! When I told the front desk they told me they know just let the water run for a bit. What in the actual $@&!! And no amount of time running the water does it get better I’m talking sediment swirling around the tub and sink can’t wash anything can’t take shower and the beds sheets and towels are stained with god knows what I’m sure it dried sticky then was washed again. Place shouldn’t even be open doesn’t even have clean water!

The bed sheets, pillows and the whole room smells like weed, that is the biggest complain, and that did not allow me to enjoy the rest of the good things like the cleanness of the room.
