Nice room with plenty of space. We had club lounge access but unlike any other club room we have stayed in alcoholic drinks in the club were charged for (AUD 18 for a beer and 24-30 for a glass of wine). Club was quiet and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful

Quick checkin and pleasant dining experience at the resturant. However, it took 15 mins for the hot water to kick in. And since it was super late and we were leaving early am for the airport, I declined energineer’s help. Little did I know…the hot water faded, while i was in the shower, in the am.

Unfortunately, the noise significantly impacted my experience and comfort during my stay. You need to improve your parking situation. Guests need to be able to come and go efficiently. If your gate doesn’t work, it is then automatically time consuming to your guests. We’re not your prisoners. And if we are, then we’ll start treating you as slaves.

This was the ideal place to stay when in the LAX area. The staff was exemplary. The airport shuttle very convenient. The restaurants were very good, the lounge a great place to relax in the evening. The only thing was the bathroom in the room could use a bit of a refresh, however it was clean and functional. I stayed here alone for business purposes and I felt very safe and comfortable.
