Loved it!

Great location for walking to the cruise ship and walk across the bridge for dining and shopping. We loved the area and from our window we found ourselves watching people Load and unload their boats. Very comfortable and felt safe and staff was always amazing. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and would definitely stay again. We recommend this spot !

Hotel and breakfast were very good, personal at desk were friendly, helpful and helpful knowledgeable! My only concern is the hotel changed the price of overnight parking from $35 to $ 100 because of events in the area. For a $100 a night I could afford a wash and wax job plus valai service

Up until 1 am due to noise

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday night and I don’t know if this happens often or not but there is a parking lot and public boat ramp literally right next to the hotel,late into the night until about 1 am there were a lot of cars ( completely packed) hanging out, revving their engines, playing music crazy loud and even setting off fireworks. We did not sleep well at all and although the hotel itself was very nice I would never chance this happening again and would not stay here again. Without that problem the location to downtown and the carnival terminal were great. It’s really too bad.

Nice hotel, fun to walk to the Queen Mary and into downtown unless there is a festival going on and the sidewalks are blocked. We booked this hotel for the purpose of being walkable so that was unexpected.
