Comfortable room, convenient location

The room we stayed in was a large room with excellent view of the city and LAX. Not much to fault but a couple of points. Checking in was a little difficult especially when there are very limited space to temporarily park the car at front with frequent transit of passes to and from airport etc. Another point was that the room we were given had a very strong food odour. Upon enquiring this point, the staff quickly gave us another room with the same specifications. Breakfast had very little option for non-standard diet requirement (e.g. gluten free) but it was sufficient.

I regret choosing to stay at this place, especially given how expensive it was. While the breakfast was decent, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. We were charged $60 per day for parking, even though the same parking lot charges $25. Additionally, the parking is located in another building, requiring a walk every time you park. We also needed to cook during our stay, but the pans provided were not compatible with the electric stove. When we called the front desk for assistance, the response from the staff was rude, stating that “that’s all they have.” The only positive is that the location is close to the airport and Fox Rental Cars, which made returning the car convenient.
