This particular property did not represent the attention to detail that Marriott properties normally reflect in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. We are Marriott members so were very disappointed. The bright spot in our stay was the front desk staff as we were greeted with a big smile and treated so courteously!

A little farther but worth the drive
It was far from where we go daily but it was worth the drive going back to rest and sleep. Beds are good so with the sheets. It smells fresh inside. The only thing is the carpet that probably needs some shapooing as our socks and night slippers have turned black dirty after a while walking around the room. We would definitely come back and the location is quite good. Good breakfast and ample parking. Nice location close to many restaurants.

This is a beautiful property in Santa Clarita. It was safe and quiet. Our room was clean and very spacious. It felt like home away from home. There are several restaurants and fast food within walking distance too. I highly recommend.

No linens for couch bed
We were only staying overnight so not looking for anything over the top. My biggest issue was there were no linens for the couch bed and when I asked for some it took 2 attempts and they didn’t bring a sheet or pillows even though I asked. Even rolled their eyes at me for asking a third time and then never brought them. Breakfast was good for a free continental. Lobby area was warm and well kept. There were no Marriott cookies when we left.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. I had some s hiccups here, but the manager was instrumental in getting them corrected. Food here is really good with many choices. When you need something, they take care of it right away. They have a lot of amenities here. I wish I had the time to enjoy them. The rooms are huge, and have been upgraded. They are very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.
