Dirty and falling apart

Absolutely disgusting. My door lock was messed up and the lock randomly and not unlock the barstool chairs had pieces of leather falling off the room smelled awful. There is insects all over the bathroom. I stay at Marriots all the time I have no idea how this is rated a Marriott. The only saving grace was the staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was just subpar. Just powdered eggs and these dried out overcooked quiches this property was just very old outdated and not maintained.

No wifi, pool with green algae, no towels at pool, broken shower plug, wasn't informed there were stairs and more stairs, bathroom fan did not work, alarm went off at 6a, clock 15 minutes off, only 4 towels for 6 people. Not informed of policies regarding housekeeping: housekeeping upon request 24 hours in advance, no housekeeping if staying less than 3 days. However, when housekeeping came, they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was nice, well presented.
