STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away from this hotel!!! Parking was terrible and the parking attendant is a total nightnare. He would not let us in the parking lot when we got back from a concert claiming there was no parking. When I went in to ask the the hotel front attendant he said he could refund our money for the stay since we cant park there that night. No explanation why but extremely nice. I watch multiple cars leave and they still kept saying there is no parking. Im convince they were saving the parking for people who are not guest. After realizing there was no winning with them we had no choice but to leave He gave me my deposits back and said he would refund my credit card for the rest of the stay. No wonder he was nice becuse he was a LIAR! THEY DID NOT REFUND !!THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I had to put in a dispute with my card and still fighting it. They lie and string you along. I called multiple times and the staff kept saying the refund is coming. It never did! Its been almost 2 months. They also change the description of the rooms after I left i did not receive what i booked. If you decide to stay here make sure to print the description so you have proof when everything goes down hill and dont leave the hotel with out anything in writing no matter how nice they are EVEN AT CHECK OUT! They will probably lie about And keep your deposit! I was supposed to be at this hotel for a whole week and was only there for 1 day! They just thiefs!

So Clean! Would stay here again.

So CLEAN! This place was great for an overnight near the Wiltern Theater. Stayed in one of the suites with 3 beds which was perfect. Beds were comfy, and the place was spotless! Furniture has been updated since the photos were taken. There was plenty of parking when we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night. And the hotel was quiet too - didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or in the hallways. Great place to stay!

They had no available parking. The night security guard was so rude. They was no help and when I expressed how inconvenient it was that they had no parking available he said “if you don’t like it go book somewhere else. Some were more fancy or just park in the street. You’ll see how safe it is on the morning”. Mind me I had no way of getting a refund and the picture on the website were not factual. Horrible experience. Only stayed one night. Check in @11pm and checked out @8am

DO NOT STAY HERE. My car was broken into and ransacked. The staff are nice people, but all they will is tell you is that a manger will call and then they don't. I chose to leave as soon as the incident happened and simply wanted a refund on the nights I would not be staying. They kept my money just like the thieves took things from my car. Stay at your own risk as there is no help if something happens to you.

Great location but that was about it. The rooms were old, and ugly. Cleanliness was alright. There was an older guy at the front desk who was just the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at hotel. Honestly overpriced for what it is.

Room was satisfactory, came with tv fridge and microwave. You have to request an iron at the front desk. Free underground parking right next to the entrance. Property is right next to korean plaza and restaurants which is real convenient.
