Booked the jetted tub room only to find the tub didnt work. No one stated this though when I checked in because the lady was too busy on her phone talking.
The service was very bad the TV did not work in the room somebody was playing music till 1:30 in the morning I asked the manager to come look at the TV situation he never came the people never turned off the music till 1:30 in the morning
Please if you're reading this do not stay at this Hotel it was extremely dirty! The room smelled like old trash. The hotel app needs to take away this hotel from beign able to choose to stay here. I would give it 0 stars if i could.
Looks run down. Does not look or feel safe. Had to have a room change due to unsafe door locks. Tv not working. Best to pay extra 30 to 40 more for a better and safer hotel.
This hotel could use quite a few upgrades. Several outlets didn’t work, the water handle on the shower was almost impossible to use. Staff is nice and attentive.

It's the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen, the heating doesn't work because the buttons are broken, there are tortilla food residues in the heating, The bathroom door didn't saw because the knob doesn't work and the floor was disgusting full of hair
The worse motel/ hotel that we stayed. If I have to say this is more like fast food. The room looks decent but the bathroom is horrible. The worse part our 2 queens bed has no comforter, only a thin sheet over. Lucky we brought our own blankets and it was so late at night that we didn’t bother to call the front desk. Dirty stain on our bed and the thin sheet has a cigarette hole and stains. No coffee maker to make any tea or coffee. The door has a hole that you can hear the noise from the freeway and the cold air come through. Not to mention the bathroom faucet is dripping water. If you’re travel and need a good night sleep, please save your money somewhere else. This motel worse than motel 6. Don’t let the pictures fool you.
