I had to leave at checkout due to infestations did not stay there and the manager still has not issued my refund the clerk immediately collected the key and returned my deposit at checkin since I did not stay there but the manager is not doing their job and handling my refund of the cost of the room. Terrible experience.
The room was not clean and it had roaches inside the room no cleaning lady. and and there was a hole in the bathroom in back of the door and it was paper inside and it was a little mice sticking out. He’s head it was gross.the pillows were not clean they had hair all over. do not recommend this hotel.
Please, don't ever stay here. I looked at reviews and we just need one night before our cruise. if i could this place negative stars i would. this shouldn't even be on hotel.com for a place to stay. the smell, very dingy, staff all bad the room had bugs in the room climbing up the walls the bathroom look like someone was outline in chalk..
I booked this property on Expedia. I already paid for the room . What they don’t tell you is when you check in you are required to pay cash or card a $50 dollar refundable deposit . Then it took 3xs to go downstairs to get a card to my room cuz the one I had didn’t work . Finally the clerk came and saw my keys were not working . Remind you my room is on the second floor . So she gave me another room . I was so annoyed .
We’ve been faithfully staying here on our days off to relax but everytime we stay here something’s wrong..from the toilet to the tv not working I paid over 200 for two days and the tv did not work and they offered to switch rooms the next day but who feels like moving all your stuff somewhere else when u wake up?I even seen a maid open a door for a man into a room that wasn’t even his just because he told her it was his room and he was locked out. There were people in there laying down not sure what happened after that but that is very unsafe. There’s holes in the blankets holes in the walls. When you make complaints they don’t care. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt everytime but it’s getting worse everytime we stay. They’re constantly moving furniture all night if we stay down on the bottom floor you just hear banging and stuff being moved around for hours..the tv sometimes doesn’t work. And the Wi-Fi barely works or doesn’t at all and because of that your cellphone service doesn’t always work either. We make complaints all the time and we’re never accomendated for anything it’s just like oh well just don’t stay here anything.. we will never stay again and currently looking into taking legal action.
I had 2 rooms 203 was ok smelled of smoke still. 204 my niece didn’t even stay in it. It smelled soooo much like smoke, the bed spread had cigarette burns in it. I’d like my money back for 204. Do not recommend. The pictures on site are not correct. Rooms are very old.
