I love Red Roof Inns, but this one needs a lot of help. broken doors and locks. No air conditioner or heat. And the phones are unplugged. I appreciate the room being clean, but major repairs are needed

We were very disappointed that the jetted tub was broken! We couldn’t ask for a different room with one because it was the last room with the tub!! Also, there was only one of set of towels!! We will not book again.
The room was NOTHING like the picture. Filthy parking lot, disgusting stained mattress right by the room door. Just dirty all around. Had to leave with their promise of a full refund back to my credit card.
The room was not ideal for anyone to stay in, to start off they gave me a room that was already used the sheet were uncovered and there was trash on the room I requested a different room and the one they gave me had a broken window and no toilet paper or towels and the smell in the room was just unacceptable the whole experience was just horrible.

I didn't stay. The room I booked wasn't clean....the second room i was offered wasn't clean either. The third room had roaches crawling on the bed. I canceled my booking and was supposedly refunded, but Hotels.com has yet to refund me stating they aren't able to get in contact with the hotel. I spoke to Red Roof Inn customer service number and they told me the stay was refunded but yet nobody knows how to return my money
No fresh towels, or housekeeping for 4 days,property was neglected,unkept, graffiti on room and bathroom walls,room lock was broken, refrigerator was broken,remote was missing
