Terrible no me dieron un cuarto NO SMOKING , no servia el televisor, el telefono de swevicio no tenia coneccion , no habia jabon para el baño, pedi transfeeirme a otro cuarto y no lo hicieron y para lo ultimo al hacer el check out no habia nadie el la recepcion y tube que esperar. Estoy muy molesta y no recomiendo este hotel y por supuesto que jamas volveeia a este lugar.

The first room had water all over the floor and every step I took more water came up. The second room they recommended had a huge hole in the wall and smoke holes all over the bedding. I got my money back and left. Staff wasn’t an issue

This was worse motel in area. Front staff rude. Came in about 20 min before check in, room not ready and was told to pay 30.00 for quick check in. We decided to go eat and return for room. We came back over an hour after check in was given a king size bed room. When we got in room, towels were thrown on floor and bed half made. There was a jacuzzi in room which was nastiest that you could see. We went straight back to front n requested back our $

Staff doesn't answer the phone, the phone in the room wasn't hooked up. The Air conditioner didn't work and staff took 3 phone calls and they didn't come out to check the ac after over 25 minutes so I left and checked out. They we supposed to refund me. Room paint was peeling, bathroom seems clean, chair had rips/tears in the upholstery

The pictures look nothing like the rooms, or the how they keep the outside property. From the moment we pulled, we could already tell it was going to be a problem. Staff always had a sign up saying they would retuen in 15 minutes, and it would be longer than that. The phone didn't work in the room, the room itself was horrible. Thick chunks of hair in the shower, food in the bed under the sheets, little pellets(from what, i don't know) were stuck in the walls, in the chair, and in corners of the room on the floor. The wallpaper was falling off in the bathroom, the vent was fully exposed and thick dust covering it. They also had tissue stuck in the peep hole of the door. The outlets were falling apart. We were suppose to be there for 2 nights, we didn't even stay 24 hours because of the condition of that room. I have pictures of how nasty room 229 was. It was so unprofessional to see a child cleaning the rooms. I'm sure he was no more then 10-13 years old. I have stayed at 2 other Red Roofs and none of them looked like this one.

Very disappointed! I asked for 2 rooms for bottom and proceeded to give me 2 upstairs instead. Fake advertisement, The rooms smell like cigarettes, blankets had holes from the burns, walls dirty, bathroom had no mirror and tub was stained. Air vents are so dirty fills with dirt/dust. Sticky floors towels stained mold on the shower walls everything felt dirty. And to top it off. I was given a room with no key. So everytime we returned to room. We had to ask clerk. To unlock our door. Will never book again.
