I requested a “smoke-free” room and was given a smoking room, I went back into the office immediately and they said it was non smoking, but there was no “non smoking” sign as I saw in the other rooms. The second room they gave me was also a smoking room, it smelled dirty, sheets were stained. Homeless people/druggies stay here, the area around was dirty and looked unsafe. The pictures on here look nothing like the rooms we were given. I did not stay and I am waiting on my refund. Homeless people stay here as an extended stay type of hotel.

i just need a refund from the money i had the other day
Checked in to the hotel and noticed that the whole surrounding area is just trash. Once we were inside the room we saw that there were broken locks on thw door, had to argue over an hour with the front desk guy(who was very rude) for over an hour to get my money back. And then he still tried to keep our deposit
From the old pictures I have seen, this was once a nice motel property but now it is a very run down property and really should be a non operating motel until changes are made. Also, they require a $50 security deposit which is really ridiculous considering the current room conditions. There is nothing anyone could do to make the rooms look any worse. You cannot even touch the television or an alarm will sound off. My tv didn’t work anyway.
The door to my room did not even have any type of deadbolt or security latch. Anybody could have just walked right in and there were only wires hanging out from where the smoke detector should be.
showed up to our room, there was no deadbolt on the door. immediately went to ask for a new room and they couldn’t give me one. decided i didn’t feel safe there so i asked for a refund. still have yet to receive a refund and it’s been over 5+ business days. room smelled of smoke even though there’s a “100% guarantee no smoking” sign. didn’t give us any toilet paper or towels. there was a shoe foot print on the wall. the bottom of the bathroom door was kicked out. literally had to barricade the door for any semblance of safety at this place.
The room was filthy. The mattress was so stained I couldn’t tell if it was blood, it was disgusting. There were old dead bug (I’m sure bed bugs) remnants in the mattress folds. It turns out people were living in the hotel.
