This hotel is located in Historic Downtown, an area going through gentrification and there a real mix of old vacant derelict buildings, new buildings and restored buildings. Lots of graffiti everywhere.Our room felt like it was made by putting up walls in an old office building. Carpets were old and stained, windows are original. Beds were comfy. Common areas are ready for a refresh.

The hotel room was absolutely amazing. One of my favorite stays based on the hotel room only but there was only one elevator working so it took awhile to get up and down. The parking was not bad but I feel like we should be able to get a discount for staying at the hotel.

The style of the room looks like still undergoing construction, no door on the shower and no outlets for multimedia devices. Also very loud noise on the street that you can hear from any room.

We’ve stayed here now two years in a row for kcon! It’s our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. It’s not too bad of a walk to the conventions center too so it’s a perfect place to stay! We will always come back here each year for kcon!
