Very well priced, refurbished classic building, good coffee (free) and very friendly staff. No one at front desk for late check in, you have to check in on line by taking a picture of both sides of your ID and filling out a bit of info and you receive a code to the front door and a code for your room. Room is what I would call industrial chic. Downtown LA there is not the most appealing place but there are good dining and shops nearby.

For my first time staying there, they had me sold with how easy check in was. The location is perfect with lots of parking options; you’d actually be surprised how lucky you can get with street parking. Room was perfect, every single detail but most importantly how clean everything was. Stile exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to stay again.

It was relaxing for a couple nights. Bed was unique but comfortable. Like the toiletries, especially the face mask. Don't go to the small little taco place unless you want tac-kets! The tacos are very very small. I could see the Jesus save sign right out my window. I liked the pool because there was barely anyone there. Overall, a good experience!

The room was in terrible condition. Furniture falling apart, musty, mold on ceiling, bed practically on the floor, toilet in a closet. Is this even to code?? I did not stay longer than 5 minutes. I requested a refund but was told to write to reservations or to reach out to Expedia since the payment to the hotel from Expedia hadn’t come through. I haven’t received a response yet from Stile hotel - days later. The property is completely misrepresented on Expedia. It is not a 4 star hotel. Prob a 1 star. I also reached out to Expedia and shared that the property was misrepresented on their site but Expedia only offered $25 towards a future stay and contradicted what the receptionist at the hotel said about funds not coming through from Expedia. I’m very disappointed and would like to request a refund from either Stiles hotel or Expedia. I had to book another hotel at the last minute and my stay in LA was double wgat id reserved for my visit. I’d appreciate any help to recoup my funds.
