Friendly staff and a very fast check-in. We had issues with the bathroom and called the front office and were told no one premises to fix the issue but offered to change room immediately so we did.

Love the fact this place has a shuttle. The shuttle will take you anywhere in the Burbank area. Place was clean and didn't smell. Front desk staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

This was a perfect revocation for our trip to universal studios. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and to and from activities in Burbank it was perfect. Staff was amazing I have no complaints

This is a great option to stay while in Burbank area. On top of that the parking is included! It is minutes away from Universal, and even closer to WB and Walt Disney Studios. Also, it is minutes away from the Burbank shopping center and other great restaurants. The property is well maintained. While I didn’t use the pool, there were folks there enjoying it. The room is adequate. I was in room 220 which has 2 queen beds. The beds were great. Bathroom and sink area is a little dated, and lighting could’ve been better at the sink could’ve been brighter. But overall clean. There is a small fridge, but the one I had had a broken shelf and found a used fork in it. Not a deal breaker for me. For the price compared to other hotels around there, it’s a great option. They do have a good sized elevator as well to the second floor. They are pet friendly so be sure the ask them about that. I will stay here again in the future.

This is an amazing, clean and quiet property. The shuttle to Universal Studios is a great plus. You don’t have to worry about the parking at the studios. The rooms are clean and modern and the area is quiet.

Fun little motel! Everyone was very nice and the shuttle options to the different parks and airport was awesome! Dining options within walking distance ( got a coupon for the restaurant next door) and a pharmacy 1 block over. Hotel is unique and vintage in design. Our room did have some rather large (old) stains on the chair in our room and could use some touch ups. Bed and pillows were ok. Clean room. Pool did not feel all that heated especially when the sun went down lol but was very refreshing after walking Universal all day. Overall great value for the location and shuttles. Would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing to us! We loved the rooms and the heated pool. The shuttles were amazing to us. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but it seemed pretty popular. the area around us was nice and had a lot of food options around us! We will be staying here again.
