Beautiful location
While the service was not as great as we would have hoped, the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The queen pullout was like a rock though and my kids had sore backs after sleeping in it. We also couldn't get anyone to clean our room.

Love this hotel but the price you pay for it is definitely a little higher then it should be in my opinion. The staff are hit and miss on how friendly they are the check in was great calling in the morning to ask about a late checkout the gal was extremely agitated. They upcharge for everytiny thing extremely high and you figure for the price of the room the little bathbomb they leave you for the outside tub would be complimentary. Nope 10$. Room service dosent answer the phone when you call had to physically walk over to the restaurant to order then they brought it over.
