One of our worst hotel stays ever. Cold showers. Run down and very dated room. Room service food was astronomically expensive but not very good. The $20 “breakfast buffet” was just normal continental breakfast food, but with a $20 charge per person. Lots of parts of the hotel were falling apart or broken.

Needs a lot of TLC
This property is in need of a makeover. The couches and furniture in general are outdated and beat up. Carets are so dirty they turned my socks black. Hallways were so hot. Food needs work as well. For the cost it’s just not worth it. A very expensive area and a hotel that is in that poor condition is sad. It just needs some love. The staff were amazing though. There was an ant issue in our room, so that wasn’t very great either. I did let management know though so hopefully that gets handled fast.

Motel 8 not a Sheraton
We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. Upon entering the room, we were met with a horrible smell, and it was clear the room had not been cleaned properly. Since we arrived late, there were no more rooms available for us to switch, nor could we find a new hotel at that hour. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator, and it took over 10 minutes each time we needed to use it. For the price they are charging, the quality is completely unacceptable – it felt more like a stay at a Motel 8. We expected much better and were extremely dissatisfied.
