The 24-hour-a-day airport shuttle was great. My flight arrived later than expected, and several other hotels in the area were not running shuttles all night. I was only outside for 2-3 minutes before the shuttle pulled up. I stayed on the 8th floor. The hallway carpet was messed up in a few places, but the room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay again when flying into LAX.

We had items missing from our room, made a report and unfortunately nothing was done we left the hotel and no one called us to give an update don’t recommend this place for your safety, and it was luxury makeup items.

Very close to LAX and beautiful inside. Felt like a five star hotel. No problem sleeping even though it’s close to the airport. Paid parking but two options. Love the convenient shuttle. Everyone was very friendly.

I will never be booking to this hotel ever again due to the big game and things going on this weekend I planned prior talked about having all my accommodation were on our reservation we got there and they gave our room to one of the elites in front of us and then told us we had no choice but to pay more and get a double downgrade the room wasn’t ready I made bed had to ask for towels toilet paper and then went to file a claim because I always get insurance and they and Expedia got denied so I didn’t get a cent back or was offered anything by hotel staff other then you get what you get and I wouldn’t be upset if they didn’t charge me extra and not honor the reservation I called twice to make sure was correct
