We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Universal. The location is unbeatable for visiting the park. The best part of our experience was the staff. We arrived at 9 AM after a 5-hour drive, and they were kind enough to let us check in early. This was a fantastic and welcome surprise that made the start of our trip so much better. Highly recommend!
