Hotel is nice, just don’t get a room with a view to the pool if you want it to be quiet. There is a strict and enforced 10pm curfew but from 8:30am till then the music volume is LOUD. Location is perfect, specially for Universal.

Great location! Staff were very friendly, room service was pretty quick and good quality food. Rooms could use a little updating, specially the windows that were taped! That didn’t really help with the outdoor noise. Perfect for walking to Universal, also shuttles provided which helps with the younger kids.

Jerry was very helpful at the desk! Took my partner and his daughter to universal studios for the first time and at my surprise there was a shuttle to take us there and that was very helpful and amazing! Amenities were great too. Beautiful hotel. Will be staying here for the future!

Perfect hotel for Universal Studios! The free shuttle bus comes so frequently and was fast and easy. It's also a very short walk to the park. We liked going to the Starbucks on-site for breakfast.
