We thought we had a great experience at this hotel…Until they charged me $300 USD for a smoking fee. We (2 adults and a child) have never smoked in our lives. The hotel then said they have evidence, but have failed to send me this “proof.” The charge was on my bill which they emailed to me upon checkout (11:10 am) we didn’t have house keeping during the 2 nights we stayed so I’m not sure when/why they were in my room during that time.

We chose your hotel because of number one location to Universal Studios and number two you advertise a working hot tub when we went to use the hot tub. It did not work properly. The Jets did not function as they should very disappointing on top of that the price we paid for that extremely small room and then to charge us parking on top of that I would not stay again again

Daughter's flight was cancelled due to weather, so we didn't make the trip. I called the hotel they said there was nothing they could do, to call Expedia. Expedia never took me off hold. Wont use Expedia or Sheraton again.
