I stay here a few times a year. It’s a nice hotel in a great location. On the downside, it is a little dated, and the food there is good but very expensive. Example, $30 additional to add chicken to your salad.

Great hotel. Quiet in the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Eduardo and concierge were great. Across from Beverly centre, 1km walk to Toast breakfast cafe, 1.7km to the Grove shopping, Trader Joes and whole foods. CVS across the road plus more shopping. $1.75 55min bus ride to Venice beach or Santa Monica pier. Great great place!

Stark. Minimalist. The “superior” room we were given was very basic. Small with 2 double beds pushed up against the wall. The beds were hard but sleepable. This pillows had lost any support. Our room was near the elevator so noisy late into the night. The towels were not soft (felt like they had been starched). The staff however was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was a provided an excellent breakfast. The location was excellent across from the Beverley Center. Too many other choices to come back but I hope others find this useful.
