Lum Hotel

Stayed here for one night on a Wednesday for a concert. It took a LONG time to check in as there were only two people at the front desk, and one was dealing with one guest for close to 30 minutes. Once we finally got to the front of the line, we were told our room wasn’t ready. So we waited an hour and went to the attached restaurant (great drinks, terrible service), and then waited in line AGAIN to finally check in. The front desk people were lovely though. Not their fault that it was a busy day and they were woefully understaffed. The room was small but comfortable. Quite noisy but that’s to be expected with an older property and a bunch of people excited for a concert. There was also a lot of street noise as our room faced the parking lot. Bed was comfortable. Valet was efficient. Checkout was fast. The location can’t be beat as it is walking distance from both SoFi and Kia. No frills but definitely worth it for a show night!

Glorified motel. It is still under construction and doesn't resemble the pictures online. It is close to the stadium, which makes you think it will be a really nice area and hotel, but it is not. The room's finishings were incomplete, and the walls could use a paint job.

Our room had fruit flies in the bathroom. We tried killing then but got tired of how may their was!!! The area has a restaurant which is very loud at night !! And the neighborhood is eh, scary at night
