I enjoyed the walking distance to SoFi stadium. The hotel had some construction going on and all amenities were closed. No compensation for the inconvenience.

This property is right next to Intuit Dome and about a 5 minute walk to SoFi Stadium. We had an event at SoFi which is why I booked this hotel because of the proximity. The room was a little small, but not a big deal. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if I had an event to go to at either Intuit or SoFi. Please note that they are remodeling the lobby and outside of the hotel. I am not sure when plan to complete construction.

Clean, nice looking room. First night, people in the lobby were extremely loud all night and kept us up until after 5:30. Attempted to call front desk multiple times but was unable to get someone. Let the staff know the next morning and was moved to a different, larger room upon request. Second night was great and room was very comfortable.

our room was terrible. room 229. very small, different than we ordered, very loud over parking lot/bar. barn door in bathroom fell off and almost hit my grandson. the manager did try and help so that part was good. there are nice rooms there but 229 not one of them

Stay was for one night for a concert at the Intuit Dome. The hotel is in the middle of updates so we didn't get all the amenities - so pricing was a tad high... But literally a 5 minute walk, if that. Only negative was the elevator size to get to our room. Probably the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Would definitely like to come back once all the amenitiee are accessible.

Lobby and gym being remodeled while I was there. The guest reception was under staffed, as one person was trying her best to process all the check in guest. I was unable to get bottled water, and there is no vending machine there. I strongly recommend they have a vending machine installed for their guest, since there is no stores close by.

I didn't stay there. My was canceled in Syracuse. After my wife and I sat in the airport for 12 hours. American sent us to Charlotte to spend the night. We flew out to Lax. So, I could stay there. They wouldn't refund my money. So. I think they suck

Poor Service- Force to pay valet parking

Check in was poor, i understand sometimes the system goes down but could of done better. I stayed 3 days and put out the sign on the door for made service and never went. They force you to pay valet parking because they dont offer self park. Overall bad service. I do not recommend this place at all. Will NOT go again
