Hotel was horrible. There was 4 staff members at the front and yet not one couldhelp with checkin. The facility reeked of marijuana. The bed was undersized and the bed caused a terrible breakout all over. I will never stay here again.

This is my second time staying at The Lum my first time was amazing and i decided to come back an second time for my kids bday. However this stay wasnt as pleasant as i expected. it started ups and down. The staff was able to turn my experience around and made my last night a better stay. I do want to give ms Wendy my gratitude for the support she provided. And her morning staff. I WILL stay here again and hopefully with the new owers everything will be updated and back up and running. Great hotel staff and amazing restaurant next door
