Had an amazing stay here! It was close to the areas we needed to attend which made transportation easy and convenient! The staff was super friendly and excellent at communication, as well as having a wonderful atmosphere! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Beautiful property in Dowtown Long Beach, Highly recommend but beware if you are not familar with the area. I lived there and knew what to expect. It's a little grimy with teeth. But inside the property I felt like I was in Palm Springs. Very well done. Furnishings where modern and beautiful. Bed and pillows are super comforatble.

Dare visit downtown Long Beach!
The area was somewhat disconcerting, but one block away there is the Promenade. The hotel is really new, fresh and clean, the service is intentionally streamlined but overall it’s a really good value for the money.

The main office is nice and they have a little restaurant attached to the hotel which is neat and the rooms looked beautiful

Simply fabulous!
Very secure building. Super clean. Retro modern. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The most comfortable beds ever. Parking garage 2.5 blocks away was inexpensive and very secure. Only a 3 minute walk. Lots of great dining nearby. I’ll definitely return when in LB.

We stayed for the rave at the queen mary! Easy 10 min walk from the shuttle to the festival! The staff was very nice and welcoming! The restaurant attached to it has such good bagels omg! Definitely gonna stay here again with the little one to take her to the aquarium ❤️ The only issue was so many homeless people outside the hotel. But we felt safe inside so no need to worry!
