It was a lovely property, with great rooms and really like how you serve yourself (ie check yourself in etc) What we didn't like was the location, skid row nearby and a lot of homeless/ drug affected people locally.......however feel this is all over LA. Saying that the location was good in that it was central and everything near by.

The apartment was really nice: sleek and well designed, spotless and equipped with everything you could need. You get a lot more space than a hotel room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was housekeeping. It was a little complicated to get in since you need a long code at 3 doors but this did feel safe since the location is in the middle of downtown LA. The closest parking lot is $30/day and just a 1 min walk to the property. My only complaint was the floor to floor noises; the cleaning and tables and chairs being moved around were super loud.

It’s very spacious and clean. Convenient with passcode lock. Also a reception for enquiries. Parking is a bit inconvenient as the closest parking has a time limit till 10am I think so you’d need to go down before 10am to do day parking. But you can park somewhere a bit further that provides 24hrs parking. Overall it’s a reasonable price for the apartment and it’s a comfortable stay.

Loved the stay at the Craftsman the appartment was spacious,modern and clean Two big bedrooms lots of storage two bathrooms Anything extra needed was easily requested through the app Only down side of the stay some nights there was extremley loud music, couldnt tell if it was outside or inside the buliding, we did ask but couldnt locate the noise. It was extremely loud and went on until around 2 am

It’s located in a generally safe street with an Apple Store next to it. It speaks a lot of volume when there’s an Apple Store next to it. There’s a security in front of the lobby every night. Clean and big rooms. Very comfortable.
