A very comfortable, spacious, and welcoming space. Convenient location, but because you're in the midst of downtown, be prepared for street noise. (The room came with earplugs, which was a nice touch!). All of the staff were helpful and attentive during my stay.

Good rooms, good service, not great area to stay

Great spot to stay for a nice spacious room. The area is not great. Central yes, but sketchy. The room was good, but there was light that came through the light blocking curtains, and upon entering the room, the floor wasn’t cleaned that well. There were kernels of things on the floor and even 2 props of something that should have been vacuumed up.

The room is stunning. There is a great view with a super spacious room. It was easy to get to the room from the elevator and using the app was a great benefit. It made getting in and out the room and hotel very easy. The staff at the desk was friendly and nice. There is no gym in this hotel. The gym is at a neighboring hotel a few blocks away.

Staff largely responsive through Sonder app. Spacious, well-stocked, studio apartment with kitchen and w/d. Problem finding instructions for appliances. Felt completely safe with lock codes sent 3 days in advance. Easy to use from phone or manually. Best part is proximity to USC. Several bus lines go to USC campus, especially, Galen Center. <$15 Lyft ride to my son’s house off-campus. Will be my go-to hotel, as priced reasonably, without other amenities (“aparthotel”), whenever we visit USC without our dog.

Overall we liked the condition of the apartment, very comfy. Liked to have breakfast in the big dining hall (ours was 2 bed) It’s a bit noisy but air buds they provide really helped while sleeping. The area at night feels a bit unsafe but nothing happened. We also liked to use our mobiles to unlock the doors and elevator. They’re very attentive to our calls and responding so fast. We would like to thank you and we would definitely look for Sonder hospitality in other places.
