Love our stay at the Sonder The Craftsman in downtown LA. It's very clean, convenient with great customer service. Highly recommend they include microwave in the unit for convenience. Other than that, we love it and will come back!

Great apartment in a great location. Very spacious inside. Street noise could bother some however we were so tired after our international flight that it didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay here again if in LA.

Really loved it here. Perfect for a three night stay. We'd driven in from Vegas and were able to find overnight parking (paid) up the block. It was easy to get to the subway and therefore Universal. The bed were so comfy and the shower was amazingg! Also had a HDMI cable in the TV stand which was handy. Coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen was great.

I strongly suggest! It was a very clean hotel. The staff were very helpful. The only problem might be the area where the hotel was located because of lots of homeless around. However, that is very very common in LA downtown so I do not call this as a problem for the hotel. It was a great experience for us to stay there, felt like home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonder The Craftsman. The room we we're in was amazing, the shower was enormous! It is quite loud(firefighters, police, cars going crazy), but the Sonder offers a white noise machine and earplugs! We were well situated in DTLA, the place was safe and we had enough toiletries! Thank you for the stay!

The room was nice looking but pretty uncomfortable as far as the living room. The beds were on the soft side so I loved them and my wife did not.The showers were Luke warm which was not good, and the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. The security guard Demil is definitely the star of the show there and was very accommodating. The other staff had the personality of my shoe. As for around the area it’s pretty close the skid row so it has a ton of vagrants and feces/urine on the ground. Luckily we were on the 6th floor so we were high enough above the stank to open the windows and air out the room

I loved the location, design and layout of this building and apartment. Unfortunately, i couldn't get my stove top to work reliably at any point during my stay (I did notify the staff and they were very responsive however, even when they got it to eventually work, neither of us was really sure why it had started working and I couldn't reliably repeat the method at a later time. I di request a different room if one was available but by the time they could accommodate that request, I only had one day left so...
