Staff was very nice. Security guard on site was a bonus. The rooms were a little on the small side but very clean. LAX was super close. You do have to pay extra for parking is that you had to pay extra for parking that isn’t mentioned in the listing but it is a secure parking lot with a gate and room key entrance so I can’t complain too much. All in all it was a short but good experience.

Very rude check-in staff. Tas in particular was extremely rude, personally insulting, and verbally abusive. Being a Senior Citizen, I have never been so mistreated in all my travels and I travel a lot!!! The young man that checked me in was also very rude and insulting. Sickening smell in room especially bathroom. Will NEVER stay here again!!! Best Western is next door and a world of difference!!!

We stayed a few days here while in the area for a football game. The hotel was as you’d expect for the area and price point. Pretty basic, but met our needs. Staff were friendly, room was clean, beds were relatively comfortable. The area had limited options for dining, especially if looking for something other than fast food. Overall though, it was good for the price.

The hotel and staff were great, but unfortunately, there were homeless people and drug users under the nearby bridge, which was disappointing.

Front staff was friendly, except that they failed to inform me about paying for parking at check-in to avoid almost $30 for less than 5 hours. Plus the room itself felt humid and smelled like urine, the AC smelled funky as well.
