I liked the front desk staff. The guy was friendly and our check in was quick. However, the property is totally different from what they show on their website. The place looks old and there is a weird smell all over the place.We found live cockroaches in our room and my kids were scared to walk on the floors. Another couple entered the next room around 1:00 am, started playing loud music, and even tried to open the door to our room.The bedding looks old too. Almost everything inside the place needs to be changed.

My experience at this motel was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and an unpleasant smell that never went away. The bathroom was barely usable – mold in the shower, and the faucet barely worked. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making it clear they didn’t care about the issues I raised. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable, with loud guests all night and thin walls. For the price, I expected at least the basics to be functional and clean, but this was far from it. I would not recommend staying here.

Quite possibly the worst hotel experience of my adult life. First two rooms they tried to give me were completely disgusting and clearly hadn’t even been attempted to be cleaned. There was no housekeeping at all during my 5 day stay. There was a live cockroach on the bed in my friend’s room while I visited them. There isn’t so much as a phone in the room, lamps aren’t plugged in nor do they reach the outlets. The outlets and smoke detectors hung loose with exposed wiring. Absolutely awful, don’t ever stay here.

It had German cockroaches, baby ones in bathroom and sink. It had graffiti on wall in bathroom. Glob of hair on wall in bathroom too. It was old and dirty!! I have picture if needed!! Never again will I stay there! Horrible horrible horrible!!

Room looked run down. The latch to locker the door was being held together with a wire. Opened the window to our room was a spider, dusty window screen and broken. When getting off elevator hall way smelled of marijuana. Only stayed for 30 mins booked another room and left that hotel. Lost out on what i paid for stay but my safety comes first.

Horrendous experience
This location should be removed from hotels.com, horrendous location. Not only is it well overdue a refurbishment but the room has not been cleaned for a significant amount of time. Graffiti on wall. Carpets and hard floors dirty. Cigarette butt and old soap on bathroom floor. If there was another option we would have left immediately. Shoes on on floor and flip flops in shower. No clean surface outside of the bed linen. Not as pictures in advertisement. Please do not book

Not as good as pictures on site got an free upgrade at no additional charge. old run down building rooms have mold in room original assigned room had Holes in ceiling in Bathroom previous water leak from upstairs apparently exposed wood and dirty Bed sheets and Mattress.upgrade to king Suite was much better all and all I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to this Hotel. Not worth the Price stayed three days Birthday weekend only was there when it was time to sleep spent more time out then anything .
