Would not recommend

The service was great, the room was clean, but it smelled like alcohol and cigarettes… the hair dryer looked melted and the plug to the hair dryer was burnt. It didn’t feel safe to plug anything in. The description stated it was soundproof rooms, but we heard the other people in the rooms plus we heard a gunshot in the middle of the night. They can upgrade but you can smell everything seeping through the (what may be from) old walls before the new paint. The coffee that was given in the room was also really weak. Did not drink — went to the lobby instead for coffee.

Hotel was nice and the rooms were updated. I did like that you can only enter the stairway and elevator out a room card. Added an extra layer of safety due to the area being a bit sketchy.

We ended up doing a later-check in and the front desk allowed it. We checked in as late as 1am, so we appreciated that. The check in was smooth and parking felt safe and secured. When we entered the room, we didn’t realize how big and spacey it would be! Great stay!

The photos that they have posted of the rooms are inaccurate. The photos qould have you believe that you are getting a decent room that is clean, however this is not the case. When I checked in and checked the room, there was a smell in the room that I had to purchase deodorizing spray to deal with ordor. When i checked the sheets they were not clean, there were stains on them and when i asked them to send me new sheets they sent me someone that couldnt speak english she couldnt understand what it was I needed and on top of that the supposedly clean sheeta ahe brought still had pink and yellow stains on them. The tub looked nasty liked it hadnt been cleaned, and my partner refused to use the towels because they looked dirty, and the floor was filthy and looked like it had not been mopped in a while. I had to go and buy new sheets to use on the bed, towels to shower with, and a bath mat to put in the tub. When i spoke with the front desk about this issue and inquired about a new room, we were told that we would have to wait until the next day to see about getting a new room and we would have to pay extra because they didnt have anymore of the same kind of room. At that point we descided to cancel the rest of our stay there and book somewhere else. We were told that because i paid in full prior to checking in i was not entitled to a refund. When i contacted expedia they started off nice and understanding and tried to help me out, but after it became an inconvenience that ended.

Found this place for convenience after a concert at the Kia Forum. It’s about a 5 min drive from there (at least after the concert lol) just an fyi for anyone else who was wondering, there are no bird scooters in the area. The hotel was very clean, economical, and easy parking on the premises. Would stay here again in future

The outside doesn't look great but the room interior was excellent. Very clean and updated. We are staying here again next weekend. The closeness to the stadium is a big plus. We just walked to the concert with no issue and saved on ubers
