The room was surprisingly nice for the neighborhood. I would have loved to have had a USB port somewhere (alarm clock is common) in the room.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else
Check in was awkward and slow. Definitely had a "do not bother me" vibe. Rough area. I was confident our vehicle would be vandalized, but it wasn't. No sound proofing. So loud at night. People were louder at night than during the day. Shower hot water was set so low that I had to use the ice bucket to transfer water from the sink to the bath to bathe in anything warm. Regrettably, we booked in advance for 2 nights. One super thin blanket and what felt like a table cloth for bedding. Shutters on windows, no blackout drapes. Breakfast is toast, bagels, eggs, cereal. No butter, just a giant jug of artificial butter. The orange juice looked brown, so we didn't drink that.There was a plunger in the stairwell? Just in case, maybe? The housekeepers cleaned the bathroom but didn't make beds or take out the trash. Lots of traffic noise. Someone from within the hotel called our room at 1 am asking for a lighter... The housekeepers parked there cart in front of our door while we were packing our stuff back to the car to leave. My whole family breathed a sigh of relief when we checked out.

I always stay here. It’s a nice hotel for a night or two love getting my favorite room 217 honestly, you get what you pay for but the staff is very nice as long as you treat them. Very nice the deposit you get back I like staying here.

For some reason, a scent (lavander air freshener? Candle?? ) comes out in the room & it was so strong. Couldn't find the source & had to cover my nose partially.

I stayed at this facility a few nights for work and throughly enjoyed the comfort and quietness. Although the location is not great, there was no loitering or any issues. Plenty of parking, although I utilized the reserved veteran's parking spot. There's also a continental breakfast, but I didn't partake. Overall, a nice stay.

We arrive to the property @ 2:30, I know the check in time is at 3:00 but most of the places we stayed before,if they have room available, proceed with the check in,but he told me to come back at 3:00,so by the time we came back 3:05 thera was 2 persons ahead of me doing the check in, bottom line I was very disappointed with the service

When I arrived, the property did not truly reflect the condition of what I saw online. When I checked in, I was charged an extra $200 deposit for not having a credit card, the room had a bad odor, the room location was next to a staircase which made me feel unsafe and had limited parking. The neighborhood was run down and unsafe as well. The “breakfast” was cereal, bagels, and juice. So continental, not truly a breakfast which was misrepresented. I’ll never stay here again.
