Did not acknowledge late check out although paid for.. cleaning person knocking on doors well before 11am checkout..use of leaf blower at 6:30 s m. Waaaay too early. No hot water for shower for the both of us and I mean zero hot water probably because room cleaning starts at the crack of dawn while guests are still trying to sleep and/or since we were last guests to grab showers.. argumentative office manager and lacks English skills hard to explain anything and he didn't want to hear it anyway..pick a different spot cramped parking if you arrive late.

Be patient in the Check-in, Is kind of slow. Breakfast is ok: bread, cereal, waffles, orange juice and coffee. The room is good, they don’t have the dusty carpet or curtains Instead they have a good floor. But be prepared to hear all the noises for the other rooms.

Honestly, This is the worst stay I have ever experienced. Arrived to building with a not-so-nice clerk/receptionist. Checked in and the clerk claims my card is not worthy for a safety deposit. So with that being said we had to run to an atm and withdraw 200$ for them. After getting that situated we got into our room and found it reeked like straight chemicals and was quite clean, but the vinyl flooring caught my wife off gaurd when she tripped on the flooring. The vinyl flooring was literally coming apart across the entire room. We went back to the clerk and demanded a new room, well, it was the same issue just not as bad. the vinyl flooring was held on with nails that werent even hloding down the vinyl anmore. And also smelles like harsh chemicals as well. On our second night. The clerk thought it was a smart idea to wake up the entire building by setting off an LOUD alarm . In all of our rooms. Scared us, we thought it was a fire, but we found out the clerk was trying to get in contact with another room which was not answering the door. Very unpleasant suprise in the middle of sleeping. Very poor attitudes from clerks and loud/errogant cleaning staff, that had no clue we were in the room and scheduled a late checkout. Cleaning staff said they are never notified of which rooms are occupied and which rooms are not. Poor communication with cleaning staff and clerks/staff.

Love it front desk people are very nice! Room is always clean although sometimes a nonsmoking room smells like smoke. But other then that it’s a good place to stay for a night
