The room had roaches, the internet kept kicking me out and I had to log back in, and I mentioned this to front desk while checking out, after NOT complaining, and all he said was OK. What the.....not even a sorry or I will take care of it. What are companies teaching their employees these days. This NO APLOGY tiktok strategy is beyond ridiculous!

Easy to get to property, large parking area. Many green areas for my dog to go bathroom. One negative issue was the bathroom, it has black mold on the walls. Ans ceiling so we were too scare to use it.

This is about what you’d expect for a Motel 6. The staff was friendly but the room was visibly not clean. It was very loud from outside noise and the smoke alarm was beeping frequently.

East Colorado Blvd is a classic place to stay, if you like a combination of gentrification and grit.

Worse stay we have ever had

We have stayed at this property several times and this was the worst ever. I understand that due to the fires in the area that the hotel would be busy but this was on a whole different level. More people in some rooms than I am sure are allowed. The noise not only from the neighbors but from the people upstairs. The upstairs room had people stomping, jumping and moving furniture until 130am! We went the first time to the front desk to see if we could move and were told it would cost us extra because cleaning left for the day. It was white and then around 1130 was woken up by what sounded like jumping, called the front desk but nothing happened. This constant stomping when on until 130. When I callled the front desk again they said that they were told by the guest in the room that they have been asleep for hours and not sure what they are talking about. This is when the noise finally stopped so got a little bit of sleep. We will not be staying here again
