The room is small. Smaller than motel 6 room. The bathroom style leaks water into bedroom. The bathroom has no exhaust, so when you use it. It makes the whole room smell bad. Not going back overall.

The property was beautiful. The location was great. I walked to a breakfast spot.. and as I was walking I found a farmers market so I enjoyed that as well! Parking was challenging but they offer valet which is the best option, for me at least. I believe it was $55 a night? Overall, I really did enjoy my stay. I would definitely consider this hotel next time I need ti stay in this area.

the pool was amazing. front desk staff were also very accommodating. the area around the hotel isn't the nicest but that is LA for ya! i was single woman travelling solo and i didn't feel unsafe walking alone, just be aware of your surroundings.

Staff are welcoming and valet parking was easy. I like that you need your hotel card to use elevators. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. I love the aesthetic and it was very modern. Roomy also. Only gripe is I wish there was a fridge, but maybe im just picky! But other than that, 10/10 recommend !

I was put in a room that was not cleaned, when I informed the front desk they put me into a new room. The downtown area is overrun by the homeless. So sad that nothing is being done about it.

When I arrived to the hotel, they did not have my reservation I booked through hotels.com and claimed they weren’t contracted through this third party app. Luckily they were able to find me a room but it was not the room I requested and charged me over $600 on top of the $500 I had already paid for the two night stay. Also, the AC didn’t work so it made my stay very uncomfortable. The hotel itself was decent and had a great diner and rooftop bar. But the room was so incredibly tiny, it was hard to even move around.
