Beautiful property, very friendly staff but they were overwhelmed by 2 weddings taking place and couldn’t handle all the vehicles at the valet, lost our car when we tried to go to our dinner reservation off property so had to provide transportation for us. My Ocean view room had a tree blocking the balcony and view so had to go back to the front desk and stand in line a 2nd time to change rooms. The staff was more than accommodating to help correct things but was just a lot to go through for a one night stay.

I recently stayed at this resort with my family, expecting a seamless luxury experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a very disappointing encounter with the valet team. My car arrived much later than expected, and instead of offering assistance, the valet was disrespectful and escalated the situation. This was especially upsetting as I was waiting with my two children, one of whom is just 1 year old, for over 15 minutes. For a valet-only luxury resort, this behavior is not acceptable. To her credit, the Guest Services Manager approached us, apologized sincerely, and acknowledged that this was not reflective of their usual valet service. However, first impressions matter greatly, and this experience fell short of the high standards one would expect from a resort of this caliber.
