Amazing Stay at Hotel Mood Matuna for Couples!

Hotel Mood Matuna was the perfect place to stay during our time in Cartagena. The location is ideal—close to everything, especially the walled city—and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natalia, who was extremely helpful in organizing local tours and sharing recommendations. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located spot with warm hospitality, I highly recommend Hotel Mood Matuna. Can’t wait to come back!

Friendly staff that helped accommodate our request for a different room (first one had a strong smell). Was there one night on college tours and loved that all the rooms had a view of the beautiful central courtyard with pool, palm trees, large chess game. The courtyard/pool was especially pretty at night. Access to rooms through lobby or locked gates with key pads so it felt really safe. Comfortable beds and rooms had fun lighting, good heat. Easy parking. Would stay again.
