The rooms need a update floors in the rooms. Need a deep cleaning has an old smell in the rooms. Room services food nasty as can be had the pancake breakfast. Should have just went to carl jr. ps love the blines and the window view oh and the staffed.

Do not get a street facing room, you hear everything. Walls are also paper thin and you can hear people next door. Rooms are dingy have a mildew small due to the fact that the bathroom does not ventilate when you take a hot shower. The moisture accumulates in the room making it humid, even when you turn on the AC. The hallways and room were dark, probably to hide how old and dirty the hotel is.

The property is on a busy street so if you room is at street level it is very noisy. The restaurant hosts private events so it may be closed to hotel guests completely. The parking is $60 a day as compared to others in the area.

Upon checking in, we had the most terrible Front Desk experience with a man who clearly should not be in. Customer. Service also failed to mention that the pool was never opened until we asked about it. Everything was shut for a private event and nothing was offered to us we then had to go back and asked to speak to the manager, who conveniently was not available, but the other woman at the front desk Tried to help us and was a lot more kind said she was refunding the amenity fee and it has now been a week later and nothing is back on a credit card. We never received a follow up no apology. As half of the reason we booked this property were for the amenities, pool restaurant bar, etc. I do not recommend this place. The staff does not care and thinks they are too cool to have any sort of hospitality manners.

Great on site amenities and views!

The Line is amazing. Great bars and restaurants at and around the property. The only con I’d list here is that the valet was $60 a night and if you brought your car back for an hour even though you paid for the night it was another $15. The beds are cozy and the mini bar is stocked with snacks and drinks. They have a free drink ticket and you get 20% off at restaurants at the hotel. The Mountain View was gorgeous. You could see the Hollywood sign!
