Excellent

The trim is really spacious (especially if you’ve even been on a cruise). They warned us the air might not be cold enough due to the old system, but it was really chilly. My hubby loved it. I needed a blanket. The amenities on the boat are great. Bar out on the deck. Brunch is AMAZING (and yes, worth the price). My only wish is for a softer mattress. I know that is kind of personal to each, but it was so hard I woke with a sore hip. Staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff was nice. Resteraunt was ok. Our room
Was hot, but heard from other guests that were lower they were freezing. Definitely felt ghosted in the area where they held people that were sick.
Glad we
Experienced it, but wouldn’t stay there again.
This was the coolest experience my family and I have ever had. It was like taking a trip back in time. The staff was very friendly, dining options were wonderful, and the bars were a lot of fun. Highly recommend this unique hotel.
We had a tremendous time on the QM. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Every step is a step through time and work in art. If you have any interest in history, architecture, deco do not miss this experience. The rooms, the hallways, the bars, the restaurant, the view - not to be missed.
This is a fantastic place to stay. It takes you back while maintaining modern comfort. Neat shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take any of the tours this visit, but I will next time.
There is so much updating that needs to be done. The rooms had broken fixtures, including towel holders toilet paper holders safety bar. The dining experience was just subpar just overall disappointing.
This property is unique and offers from coffee shop-Starbucks to nice restaurants. I didn’t even knew they have Kareoki nights and music nights . They also validate parking and should be a big plus as it has museums with never ending tours . I love the fact that you can stay at the Queen Mary and explore the entire ship on your own that takes about 3 hours . They also have a movie theater that shows the history of the movie theater. Wish their pools would be open but they aren’t . Something I also learn is that they also host events since they have different venues depending on the size of your even . Don’t know the prices but from experience they are very affordable. Make sure you stay at the Queen Mary and go to the deck outside to walk as it’s open 24 hours and enjoy the entire view of Long Beach .. Was probably one of the best experiences.
We knew ahead of time that The Queen Mary was a historic ship and the rooms are originally designed. That being said the Cabin was dusty and the toilet seat was cracked and uncomfortable. We knew ahead that the room walls were thin but not expected it to be so thin. It was a memorable experience some positive and some negative, the service at the Promenade restaurant front desk was not limited in hospitality.
