The hotel itself, as well as the surrounding area (Downtown LA) was exceptional. Inside the rooms, the beds are too low, need to raise the height of the frames

This is a great hotel. It was nice and the staff was very friendly. Very safe and secure. They even had a speaker already hooked up if you wanted to listen to music which was great because I forgot mine.
