Filthy Gross Place

There was blood on the sheets and mattress pad! No answer when we called down so went to desk and remade the bed. Next day DO NOT DISTURB sign on door, they disregarded the sign and entered our room anyway. Invasion of privacy. After complaining, the guy at the desk said we wouldn’t have to pay. No refund and when I called they pretend that they don’t speak English. THE MOST DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Quite dated. I don’t know why they have done this but the beds sit on a metal frame with no space underneath. So you are constantly hitting it with your feet. I could even hear the room upstairs hitting it too. All average. You get what you pay for. But was cheap and nice workout walk to manhattan beach

Very basic.

The only good things are that it's cheap, the location is easy and there is parking. The beds have a metalic base which is noisy, like a bell. Breakfast was really bad, not even the basics! The cleaning and handyman people were very nice but the manager and front desk were not helpful.

Pros:The room was clean. Area around the hotel is nice and walkable. CONS: Old, disgusting pillows. Old towels, almost falling apart! I had to ask for different ones and, still got the same old, dingy ones. The place seemed to be run on a shoestring budget, not efficiently. Suggestions: invest in new linens, towels, and pillows,asap! You may be able to get better reviews and more people staying in this hotel. This hotel needs a “very detail oriented” manager who can invest in what is most important to guests. Some things like the items mentioned above will make a BIG difference then continue to fix the rest. I would not recommend this hotel or, stay there again for the reasons just mentioned.

First timer visit

Great staff. Nice locale, privately enclosed with pool. Underground parking is a plus. Ran out of waffle batter. A cockroach appeared on the dresser. Shower handle was hard to turn. Mattress springs could be felt. Old towels mixed with newer ones. Old ones should be reserved for pool use only. Budget price is good for quality.
