I booked this room specifically due to the advertisement of a private balcony, jacuzzi tub, king suite for myself and my husband for a pre Father’s Day gift. The balcony was dirty and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. We talked to staff, asked for a refund due to the jacuzzi not working, balcony dirty and being unable to change the channels on the tv. Front desk staff advised us to email the website we booked to request a refund. I tried to process a refund however it’s still saving process on my end. I would like a refund or a free stay with the things in the room working properly as we were not able to enjoy the amenities that we specifically booked the room for.

longtime customer. disappointed they are now charging for parking. OK, I can accept that. when I ask why, the answer I got was this; There is a lot of unauthorized parking taking up our spaces and we are now charging for parking tags to display in the vehicles. so I say that is not preventing any unauthorized parking, it is just punishing the guests. After a little bit of back-and-forth, I lose that argument. no big deal. Also, I find out that the spa suite I reserved has broken plumbing so they changed my room without notice. The plumbing broke two days ago. They gave me a bigger room but it is not the same in amenities. I asked for compensation from the wave as well as expedia. I have not received. Later that evening (or the next morning), I find a TWO vehicles (without a parking tag) parked in TWO spaces each. That is FOUR spaces taken up by unauthorized parking. I was told that the manager lets his friends park on the property. I send an email to management explaining my disappointment and that I think it is a slap in the face to customers who have to now pay for parking. a couple of days later in the parking garage, one of the vehicles in question pulls behind my car and blocks it in the space.

Very family friendly. We stayed as a family of 6 and there was plenty of space in the family suite for all of us. Quick drive to beach and several places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
