The pillows are all ridiculously huge. Might sound like a petty thing but when your neck has to be at a 90 degree angle to your body all night because the pillow is a foot tall then you wake up with a sore neck. Aesthetics don’t mean much if I don’t go back because I got a bad sleep.

Nice ambience,the smell at the lobby already gives a statement that you are staying in a high class hotel. I like that Starbucks at their lobby was open until late at night. Valet option for us was superb! Will definitely come back here!!!

Overall it was very good, easy to get there, clean and tidy. What they need to do is practice evacuate. We had to evacuate due to an electrical fault. when we went out and asked the staff, they didn't know what was going on, where we should go, where the stairs are. It went wrong. Then the information was very bad. People were still inside the building even though everyone was going out.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were centrally located to several tourist attractions. I felt safe and was able to get transportation very easily.

We did not appreciate the inconvenience of parking at the hotel. The valet workers were wonderful and deserve great pay, but the daily charge of $49 to park in the garage is ridiculous. There were lots of hidden charges and the total cost of the stay was T least $200 more than what is reported on Expedia.

The property itself is lovely. Check-in experience was not good though. Valet parking unavailable so had to circle looking for public parking. Giant noisy generator on the sidewalk next to the entrance. 20 minute wait to check-in.
