The location of this hotel is its best quality. It is somewhat unusual when you walk into the lobby. Not bad just a little strange. The person at the front desk, Javier didn’t seem very knowledgeable about anything in particular. We spent two nights. The rooms were not made up after the first day, although new linens had been placed. Insufficient number of towels were placed for the number of people on the reservation. A little strange that they came into the room and did not make up the beds, only left new towels. When I called for towels the next morning at 8 AM Javier informed me that I could not have towels until 9 AM when housekeeping arrived. I asked if I could come down and get towels and he said yes. When I arrived in the lobby, he seemed to have forgotten the conversation altogether and stated that, even though he was the only person in the hotel working, he had no access to towels. So I found this to be very poor service. Nonetheless, we did have a good trip in spite of the hotel. I would be highly unlikely to stay here again, mainly due to the front desk staff, and not to the quality of the room.

Convenient while visiting family
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, we had several minor annoyances. No blow dryer, no working printer in the lobby, our key was programmed for one day, not 4 - and the only one of these that got fixed was the key. We chose to go out for breakfast each morning, as the options in the lobby were limited. We'd consider staying here again, but we'd probably look elsewhere too.

My family had a fantastic time staying at the tilt. Very clean and updated rooms. My only complaint is the pool is not heated. And has an awkward entrance/exit to the pool.

2 star hotel at best
The breakfast room was nasty and dirty both nights we stayed, I blacklight the room and found multiple areas that were nasty and not clean, I would recommend this place to anyone, I will not be coming back. 5 min away from universal studios, only good for travel convenience since it was 5 min away but this is a 2 star hotel

Poor management!
I called the day before we were leaving for the hotel and was left on hold for a very long time. Got tired of waiting, so I called back when the person tried to put me on hold again. I gave him my phone number to call me back. He never did. Then the night we arrived the front counter said there would be waffles in the morning between 6&9am. There wasn’t. The next morning the breakfast was practically gone. The person at the desk said that what was on the counter was all that was left. The other people who were gathered around eating said there was more food under the counter. My son and I started to gather food from under the counter in the refrigerators. There was plenty of food. The person at the desk told us we weren’t allowed to do that, it was against health code violations. I then told him to do his job and restock instead of sitting at the desk and twiddling his thumbs. That was our last day and the only time we will go to this hotel.

Havig to pay extra for parking is pretty lame. Vegas has a resort fee because of the casinos etc. And this place isn’t a resort. As for the continental breakfast they never have everything in order. I was only there for 3 nights. Not during a busy hotel season and yet they still couldn’t keep up with it. Also amenities like (Broadcasting) or Streaming to a T.V is pretty basic stuff in this day and age. These T.Vs are available and fairly inexpensive today. It’s a great option to have for winding down in the evening especially with kids since the place advertises the HollyWood Studios and attracts families to it.

I had to remember that the Hotel is old and room setup is antiquated. Pool water is not clean. The front staff lacks customer service skills and don't care to replenish the breakfast area nor maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area. The cleaning staff do great work in the rooms. However there's no consideration for the sleeping guests. They yell instructions from one end of the floor to the other. It seems they have walkie talkies and the volumes are so loud who needs alarms! ustomers. They bang equipment aro

It says breakfast included and everything was gone by 7 am. No selection of breakfast besides two cereals and a bagel. Nothing else. Counters were dirty. We were not greeted by hotel staff. The rooms were humid and had a smell to them. For the price I was expecting a better experience. Oh and the pool was dirty and small.
