Everybody was so sweet and nice. I came with my favorite niece and I’m her favorite Auntie. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tilt! Oh and we loved all the staff and I nicknamed the night shift employee Smiley because he always had a friendly warm smile. Again thank you and we will see you again soon

The water was not getting hot so I could not give my daughter a warm bath. The tv in our room had no working remote and half the outlets did not work around the room. I would not stay here again!

My personal property was stolen by a maid that worked at the hotel!24 karat Gold Grill with real diamonds very expensive ! I filled out a police report.and also i purchased hotel through hotels .com and got double charged for two days,my overal experience i hated it .because something was stolen from me and I paid my hard earned money to purchase it.

Easy walk to Universal Studios Love the hot tea / drinks in the lobby area. We didnt try the hot tub - no time Easy to park We were grateful our room was away from the elevator as it makes a loud ping noise to open Very comfortable for our family - would happily stay again
