Great Space, But Unexpected Costs
The room is clean and modern (the side chairs could be better/more comfortable). But be advised that they DO NOT serve continental breakfast except during certain seasons (this was not communicated, and was a big disappointment as an unexpected cost), there is a $250 security deposit upon arrival (not $100 as advertised), and you have to pay $27/vehicle/evening (not advertised up front).

Terrible experience the first thing I noticed even before getting into our room was the awful disgusting smell in the hallways that continued into our room, really bad air conditioner super loud when it was turning on and off. The bathtub leaking and also mold and rotten looked like it hadn’t been clean in years, the towels that where in the room where dirty and had hairs on it from prior customers and also loose outlets, and thin walls that you can hear everything from other people’s room, the pool very unsanitary with green water, we also had multiple damaged furniture ………

Fue bueno!
El recepcionista fue muy amable. Renté por 2 noches del 27 al 29. Siempre reviso las reseñas para tener una mejor idea y decidir si el lugar es el indicado para mí o no. La última vez quedé terriblemente decepcionada con otro hotel y con este leí en comentarios que el establecimiento es muy viejo y descuidado, pero en lo personal me pareció cómodo para mis necesidades, al menos no me decepcioné, y volvería aunque debo señalar que para que me cobren un depósito de más de $200 necesitan limpiar un poco más debajo de las camas y limpiar los rodapiés al menos una vez a la semana; entiendo que las camaristas tienen mucha carga de trabajo pero no estaría mal poner atención a eso. El estacionamiento es un poco caro, pero si vas a Universal Studios hospedarte en este hotel es bueno para caminar y no usar tu auto. Solo ofrecen café, jugo o té, estaría genial que hubiera yogurt, avena y algo de fruta pero bueno, ¡fue una buena opción para hospedarse!

Nice hotel. Only complaint was the heat wouldn't go past 70 so the room was cold. When we said something to the front desk, Management apologized and gave us a discount on our room. I appreciated the quick response and effort to solve the issue.

Decent hotel near Universal Studios
A clean and well maintained hotel. Provided us clean towels daily and made our beds. Only wish they had breakfast service and a gym for us to to use during our stay. Friendly staff, though!
