I really liked the location and the staff! I loved the decorations and all the amenities that you had. I love that there was coffee available all the time and the breakfast was really good. I own a cleaning business and I didn’t notice while I was there that the carpets on the third level where I was were not very clean. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work while we were there the whole time which made it hard because we had to wait for quite a while to get on it. Our room could’ve been cleaned better as well.

My stay was good, I was only irritated because they did clean my room and I requested towels and they didn’t bring them until the next day after I had already left for the day. The phone was not working and they were not responding to the app either.

We stayed here when our flight got changed last week and the staff were very accommodating. Room was good size and clean and breakfast was good. We were able to get to and from the airport in 15 minutes.

This hotel is in a very good spot for all tourists attractions, breakfast it’s not worth it always running low have to ask for everything. I asked to get my room clean twice they never came to clean it i didn’t have toilet paper , clean towels or clean bleeding. The staff is very friendly. I wish for the inconvenience they would of been more polite about it .
