I have stayed here many times and it’s always been great. This stay was not great. Room smelled moldy especially with the air on. Bathroom door was really dirty upon arrival.

I was locked out of my room for 45-60mins. Then the next day was locked out again. Then I forgot my glasses on the counter in the room when checking out and once again same issue. I try to contact a management by phone and no answer. Didn’t enjoy my stay and wish management was more an available.

Arrived after check in and originally gave us two rooms that weren’t what we paid for. Staff fixed it fairly quickly but only after having to have someone physically check room to see what they had available. When we got into our rooms we weren’t able to lock the bathroom door in either room. 1 room had the tv not working and when they finally fixed it we still had no sound. Our room had no towels or toiletries but the other one did. However our iron was working while the rooms did not. Staff was very friendly and did their best. Free breakfast was really good. Considering how busy they were because of numerous events that weekend they actually did a great job catering to us. Some things definitely need attention though
