Bad very rud and mean morning attended

First of all I am surprised by the survey, because according to the lobby Attended My reservation never showed up, And they gave me a smoking room by not telling me I found out when i get in the room #130 and charge me 100 dollars on my debit card I went back to the lobby and there were no more No smoking rooms available. According to the attendant on the evening shift He told me he would change my room but not until the next day, before 11:00 am. So I came back and the morning attendant from the day before was already there and he told me The same as the day before That my Reservation did not show up and that if I wanted to change rooms, to come back until 2:00 pm. And that I was not guaranteed a non-smoking room. I couldn't stay and I left that place. I JUST HOPE YOU DONT CHARGE MY CARD.

The room has a lot of cigarette smell, with no microwave. The shower does not run and we have to use a small bucket-like cup to take our bath. The lighting was inadequate too.

air condition is loud , you can hear people screaming outside, the room smells like urine, I had to use 2 scented candle to get rid of the stench. The bathtub is clogged. I stayed there for 4 nights I had to go to the office everyday reset my keys.

We had booked room with king bed, they switched the room with two single beds and would not even apologize for that. Instead they said take it or leave it. Very callous and disrespectful customer service. Unfortunately we did not have a choice at 10pm to find a different property. Basic necessities missing from room. No coffeemaker and no microwave. They did not even provide a bottle of water. They refused to allow use of microwave in the lobby to boil some water. No electric iron or hair dryer in the room either. The AC unit was loud like a helicopter landing. Would never stay at this property again.

TRASH 🗑 🚮

Absolute trash. The guy at the front office was rude and had dirty looks, the ac unit just made the room feel humid like a swamp and did not cool the room down at all, the fridge didn't work, it stunk in the room, just the worst hotel I've ever been to and i will absolutely never go there again

When we arrived, clerk was a bit lousy with a tone everrytime we had a question checking in. The bathroom had a dusty tap near the bathroom sink.

It was nothing like the photos provided, the lock on our door was not secure and the activities happening in the courtyard were not legal. The gentleman that checked us in and said only 2 words… ID and SIGN.
