Avoid it at all costs

Its a dingy place, Disappointed that i just relied on ratings on Hotels.com. Smoking and Marijuana, Screaming, Shouting made us uncomfortable. Turning AC fed the smoke into our room. Rooms are in bad shape, Building can collapse at any time. Above all that we paid upwards of 160.

The property is close to the freeway so it’s very noisy at night. You will not be able to sleep. Most of the guest are truck drivers. The rooms are outside and there are no available elevators to 2nd or 3rd floor. The bed is noisy and I keep falling in the middle. there’s no breakfast included and there’s no restaurant nearby.

A nightmare!

Very bad experience I drove for 10 hours to get there and they cancelled my reservation At 4 am and they didn’t give me another room they wanted me to wait until the next check in hour.

Solo in Sylmar

First room the gave me wasn't clean enough so I asked for a different room the second room the t.v wasn't working so I went back to the front desk and I was told to wait 30 minutes and a man would come fix it . I was uncomfortable with that being solo and female at 8pm so I requested I be given another room and was told that maybe I should leave!! That was not an option it was late I had to work early I just wanted to shower watch TV and go to bed he gave me another room. It was fine till about 5am TV screen went blue and never came back on I will NEVER stay there again wasit of money only thing good was the water pressure in the shower.
