It was fine

Check-in was prompt and the service was great. GOOD: The room had a cool layout, the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. BAD: There were holes on the couch, burn marks and gang graffiti on the refrigerator and desk surfaces, the TV didn't work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor and the sink faucet shot water everywhere. If you got lucky, you could find parking by the rooms, if not you parked across the alley. It sucks because the condition of the room is really the fault of previous patrons not taking care of the place. I would stay there again because the location was near family.

Room floor and mirrors weren't cleaned before we stayed. Mirrors had initials carved into it and TV had 2 channels and a damaged screen. No coffee maker or coffee, but small fridge and freezer and microwave is nice. Soaps and towels provided, although the scents are kinda masculine and the towels could be better. Maybe bring your own. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even with these small issues, I would stay here again.

Overall, not bad

Nice room. Mostly modernized. Parking is limited and tight. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. For the price-overall not bad.

Got 2 rooms.. one was nice and clean, the other room had a foul cigarette smell & plus the sheets were covered in DRY BLOOD !! Staff was notified but only gave us new sheets. Didn’t even try to work the situation out!

Felt very unsafe and our room was dirty when we checked in. There were people drinking and smoking outside their door so we decided to cancel our reservation.

There was a bunch of hair in the shower tract from the previous customer. The battery cover for the tv remote control was missing. The entire laminate flooring in the room was dirty. My feet were actually black due to the dirt. The shelves,counter tops and table in the room as well as the bathroom counters were dusty. The water after showering leaked on the floor which needed a towel to wipe up. The body wash and shampoo was empty. The next day I asked the staff to mop the floors and bring new towels which weren’t given. I stayed 3 days and 2 nights and was not happy.

Sleep, Shower & Go!! That's It!

Parking was awful. Limited parking in front and patrons took the liberty of double-parking and blocking folks in. There's additional parking across the alley in another lot behind the building if you're bold enough to park back there. The rooms are pretty old, lots of wear and tear. No place to put anything in the shower so you have to set soap, towels, shampoo etc. out on the toilet seat. Drying towlels are stained and stiff. We went out and purchased our own. Stained sofa and freezer needed to be de-iced really bad. Barely got anything in there. A few of the over the bed lights did not turn on. This location is only good if you need a place to lay your head. Don't look for or expect any other comforts.

Stay away from here.

The first room they gave us smelled dirty. The toilet seat had urine on and under it. There was hair in the bed, appeared to be pubic hair. Receptionist was very confrontaional and didn't want to give us an other room. Only wanted to change sheets. Some other employee finally let us move rooms after I expressed that the hair was pubic hair. The 2nd room was better. Bathroom was not super clean. The bed sheets and pillow cases had stains but smelled clean. The sprinkler head was leaking water. Parking lot was tiny, extra lot was super sketchy and not visible from any rooms.
