I paid extra for a room with 2 queen beds. I arrived and they gave me a room with one king bed! I paid extra for the 2 queen beds. I'm very upset and suspect they sold my room to someone else.

First, i could barely get the tv to work. Very complicated. A few of the lights were out and when i told office staff they made no attempt to change. They shrugged it off. The floor was stained and dirty, the couch had cigarette burns on it. The outlet next to hair dryer didn't work. And the noise at night. OMG!! I hardly slept between the couple having sex all night and being able to hear through paper thin walls and the people outside our room late at night being loud to the point where i could not sleep. The office made no attempt to remedy this. This went on for hours. I will never stay there again and irecommend going somewhere else if you want peace and quiet.

Rms. Where not clean • too noisy •hair in the bath rm•stain sheets. I Belive I saw people living in the rooms• we has a guets with our sane room key thank God we were in our car gathering our belongings!!!!!!! I will never stay will not recomend for family or kids!!!!
