Walked into our room and found flying moths and other insects. Then when i had to use the shower there was a huge roach in the tub 😭 also noticed after using the shower water would start to leak out of the tub and into the bathroom floor. Also if you are staying in the first floor or lower floors the rooms above you can be easily heard walking and what not. Sounds like they were stomping at night.

I have always liked this property, and have stayed many times. Some of the rooms, however, do not come with a comfortable chair to sit in. I had a room for 3 days and was only able to sit on the bed or on a hard chair at a desk. I asked the front desk if I could have a comfortable chair moved in but absolutely got no help at all, this in spite of the fact that there was an empty room next to me that had a chair exactly the sort I wanted and someone could easily have come up and moved it over to my room. How in the world can you rent a room to someone for 3 days and not give them a comfortable place to sit? Absurd.

Not the hotel’s fault but at 3 I. The morning, someone in a room nearby was knocking on another door, opening and slamming the door repeatedly till after 4am talking in loud voices. Not enough to hear the conversation but, enough to wake me up and had trouble going back to sleep. This is about the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here. The staff has always been attentive and nice. Not a suoer fancy hotel but economical and close to the Americana shopping area- walking distance. We enjoy Foxy’s for breakfast too.
