Such a great location and wonderful staff. The building is a little older so if that bothers you dont stay there. Other than that I would love to return next time I am in Venice beach for sure the boardwalk is 10 feet away from the Hotel.

Nice and supportive staff, very clean operation, cumfy beds. I would have loved some closer restaurant options, but further up the beach there are plenty. The lack of AC was not a problem.

Lovely stay on the boardwalk

Great place, bring a fan, awesome location.

Can’t beat the location. Nice sized suites with full kitchenette and dishes, tiled bath and comfortable mattress. There is no AC so sleeping with windows open a necessity. Be ready for minor night time noise. The roof deck was great, awesome views and place to relax. Parking next to hotel about $70 overnight. Subject to getting full bother are many similar lots along the beach. Or further inland are cheaper.

The location and rooftop is a 10/10 but that’s basically the only positive thing about it. Walls are definitely not sound proof, we could hear the people around us all the time, bed and floors were so squeaky and uncomfortable. I chose the option of “partial ocean view” which I didn’t get. We only stayed for 2 days but sadly I wouldn’t book this again.

Property is in poor condition and so are the rooms. It’s the cheapest option around its location and when you walk in you will realize why.

I liked the accessibility to the beach, restaurants and boardwalks. The rooftop view was great! The staff was very friendly! They were prompt to get maintenance when I asked why we didn’t have heat in the room for the first 2 nights and I had 3 cold showers and decided to go to the office about it. The boiler system needs work, for sure. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and there were no towel bars. The elevator was cool! Loved it! I would have loved closer parking, but we managed it. The suite was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

Filthy, sketchy, and loud parties

Property is not well maintained. There was a late-night property above us that lasted until 4am. As we checked-out there was another guest complaining about the party who asked for another a room. They would not grant him another room. He was livid. We were happy to be gone. Sketchy area, their parking is several blocks away, no ironing board, no safe, no fan in bathroom, rusted fixtures, paper thin walls, couch was gross, generally filthy, etc. Don't stay here.
