This is hands down the best motel or motor lodge I've stayed at. It was super clean and quiet, totally upending the stigma that they're dirty and depressing, which is something I've experienced more than I would've liked. Bravo to the staff and management of this fine establishment.

The couple at the front desk are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve been coming here for a while and I have PROOF that I always ask for NON-SMOKING rooms due to my partner having asthma he has an inhaler. They tried to say that my partner and I vaped the last time we had booked a room which clearly is NOT TRUE. They can not go around accusing people when they themselves are not even sure of what room it was or what room we were in. Then they started to speak in their language which they were probably talking bad about me. No one should be treated this way. Please book else where. Do not give them your business.

Given a 10 min shower limit!?!

When we arrived to check-in, we were told that the hotel room wasn't available yet and we would have to wait because it wasn't cleaned. We waited over an hour to check in.When our check in time was supposed to be at two thirty, we didn't check in for an hour after that, we get there and go to use the tub and it was cracked. Didn't let it ruin the night. But when we woke up the next morning to use the bathtub, there was no hot water. We proceeded to use the shower. And there was no hot water called the front desk and told them And they said they would try to fix it. Let us know 10 minutes went by. So I called back and they said they turned the water heater on for us to take a ten minute shower to me, and my husband scramble to take a shower and check out. Try to contact the manager and hotels.com. And nobody can do anything for us. Now, I'll be contacting my bank, thank you
