The dirtiest and dustiest room in Los Angeles. There was a pile of human waste on floor by the side entrance to the rent a car, told valet guys three times. Walking right by it. Charged me for internet? Who does not provide free internet for guests? And, didn't work. Used my own phone as a hotspot. Just unpleasant.

Staff was welcoming, pleasant, respectful and helpful. Room are clean and comfortable. I would have hoped that the towels in the bathroom were of better quality, thicker and softer. Wi-Fi was a challenge. Could not access and would not pay $14.95 per day.
