When we got to the hotel the check in office was closed. Luckily some guest saw us trying to figure out how to check in. Mind you we showed up an hour after check in. We had to use the hotel phone to call someone down to assist us. When we received our room the room we received had not been cleaned, it looked like someone may have still been staying there. Luckily we caught the receptionist at the elevator and explained the conditions of the room. She was apologetic and gave us a new room. I guess there was a miscommunication with house keeping. The room was clean but no amenities are offered, such a blow dryer, you only get two towels. No wash cloth or towel to dry your hands. One little bar of soap and the pillows are thin. Was hoping quality hotel pillows. This hotel is the bare minimum. Will not be staying here again.

This place is always immaculate. The common area is ALWAYS spotless I don't know how they do it. Keep it up!! The room was prestine , the bathromm EXTREMELY clean and white. It's almost like this hotel just opened yesterday. The area is quiet, safe and there are dining options within walking distance. Will utilize this location again should the needs arise.

I paid money for double bed and they provided me one bed. They blamed Hotels.com for the issue. This hotel does not have Iron or hair dryer for use. The bed had squeaking sound when you move your body. I will never go there again.
