This place is great. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, with fridge, freezer, microwave. As a long stay place, this could benefit from an iron and board per room, rather than two irons, one broken iron for the property. A coffee maker or kettle in the room would be excellent.

I checked in early like 20 mins they said my room wasn’t ready . Which I understand then I show up again at 3 and my room wasn't ready again they made me wait another 15 mins . That is not okay .

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything I experienced was more than satisfactory. My room was squeaky clean when I first walked in. Staff were friendly and absolutely attentive and helpful. A huge thank you to Mariah, my check-in process was a breeze thanks to her and that kind of service is not lost on me. Thank you!

Understaffed and very slow to get things done. Also not very accommodating, arrived early before check in but no rooms available and fully booked. For hours I was waiting and they had a room available to upgrade me but would not because they said they need that for upcoming reservations. Rooms were available regardless, but front staff waited on cleaning staff to arrive hours later before they could check into them yet one room was already clean and ready to use, and I had to wait hours with them because they didn't want to uprgrade me, makes no sense! I ended up leaving early due to poor service and management of facility. The residents above and around me made so much noise I couldn't sleep not to mention the on/off cable service and faulty motion activated light switches that never activated when you needed them too. I will say at least it was clean overall from what I noticed and that helped but would not stay here again. Also is located in a undesirable part of town with little attraction, lots of closed businesses, and a lot of liquor stores. Not really the best view looking out your window or stepping outside.

Hotel is clean and affordable; front desk staff is exceptional. Room has a large refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stove. This is a suitable hotel for long term stays with weekly and monthly rates. Limited housekeeping services.

I stayed here for just 1 night with my dog. We had an issue with checking in and in the morning when I talked to Mariah and Cameron they found a solution for me! I really appreciated the friendly help and my stay here.
